This stuck out to me when I read the motions so I thought I’d mention it. If innocent, how does AW know how gruesome the crime scenes are thus prompting her attorneys requests to not allow photos?

If prosecutors have filed them with the court every legal team have copies.

That would be part of discovery, to my understanding. I could be wrong though. AFAIK, no discovery has yet been released.

RSD. I apologize with all my heart. Since I retired and moved in 4 years I have not yelled more than 5 times. When in the road driving. My capitalization was for emphasis. The original meaning prior to texting and tech gave it a new one.

The news media probably files requests for the info, then goes to the courthouse to pick up hard copies. I recall when JM was arrested for removing the GPS tracking device from his truck, the reporters were posting his arrest documents using photos they took with their cell phone cameras. JMO, they were picking up the docs at the courthouse, taking photos, then posting them online.

Lol, we are ALL on camera when we step foot on casino property. Right, he can gamble all he likes if he can afford it. There’s a lot of people from the area in the local casinos. If you go, I’m sure you see many you know or at least know of.

She said there is nowhere in that casino that is not covered both inside and outside by surveillance cameras. She said they also use facial recognition software.

I haven’t either. I’ve seen screen captures elsewhere but I’ve yet to figure out how those were obtained. I personally can’t find the charges on any of the defendants.

Well that’s creepy. Thankfully I don’t frequent casinos often and when I do, I try my hardest to not enter the restrooms because well there’s so many people in casinos and it grosses me out haha.

Same here. Not to sound paranoid, but we live in a very different world today. Information gathered about you, from the products you buy to where you travel, can be and are used against you by your mortgage lender, employer, bank, credit card company, and all the insurance companies you do business with, etc. There are some real horror stories out there.

O/T Tell him he needs to smoke a lil with ya, and chillax. And just compare the after, to the before. I will say this, I have chronic pain from a couple three accidents I've had over the years, and it makes life tolerable.

I can't even imagine that happening. I can't even imagine my asking him. But I can imagine the look I would get if I did.

I do like the fact that it is there as an alternative should I ever need it for pain. That's what hubby and I told him when we voted for it. We are getting older where broken bones and diseases like cancer are a fact of life and getting addicted to opioids is a real possibility.

I’ve heard about the hair coloring and it does appear to be different in some photos.

As far as AW/GW3 living apart, it was mentioned on a FB group but some disputed that. Are you referring to AW living with the boys and GW3 at FWF?

I remember RSD noticing the change in hair coloring back in 2016 a week after the murders. We all thought it was odd then.

Auditor releases anonymous complaint filed against Pike County Sheriff

What does him owing money to a local car dealer have to do with him doing his job? Why would that even be included in a complaint about an elected official?

IMO this complaint was filed by that same car dealer who heard the information about the safe and loans from deputies from his girlfriend. That would be the only reason it would be included in the complaint as it has nothing to do with Readers job performance. He also probably suspected the affair and is jealous.

I am assuming that the people of Pike County knew Reader gambled when they voted to elect him as sheriff. How could they not know something like that. Most certainly his opponent knew and apparently didn't think it bad enough to use against him in the election.

IMO this is part of that revenge plot the W's hatched and are now putting into motion.

It’s possible that there is something behind the Reader accusations, but it seems almost too coincidental that they came out so close to the indictments and arrests of the Ws.
If true, it would taint any investigations that he has been involved in and he should be removed from office.

This definitely will be something for the W attorneys to work with true or not.

I cannot see it would have anything to do with the murder investigation unless some of the money Reader is accused of taking was money confiscated from the trailers that were towed and placed in evidence. These murders did not take place in a casino or have anything to do with gambling as far as we know.

The defense might try to cast doubt on Readers character but it isn't going to derail the trial since the BCI had a large part in investigating this crime.

Embarrassing. Very. I'd be peeved. It's someone who knows him well enough to know that he has a small safe in his office, with money inside, a vehicle debt, and the dealership owner's gf, who was Reader's secretary, had an affair with Reader. I could be wrong, and probably am, but could it be that the operative words here are was and had?

I think this is all Fred's doing. She knows where all the bodies are buried. Literally. I also think we can expect something similar regarding Rob Junk.

But one thing that is going to throw a monkey wrench in the works is the fact that the BCI did the largest part of the investigation and there is a special prosecutor from the AG's office involved in prosecuting the case.

Maybe that is why the grimaces from the prosecutors when her attorney made that remark about her being more innocent than those sitting at the prosecutors table. IMO Junk and the AG's prosecutor expected this to come out.

The "position of authority" is the problem. He's the boss. If my boss had asked me to borrow money, it would have put me in a difficult position. Office politics can be brutal.

But how would him owing money to a car dealer be relevant?
