I don’t know it to be fact, but whoever it is has vengeance for the Sheriff and the timing is certainly suspect.

Im new, so I need some clarification. What is considered information posted as fact? If I make a statement and do not include a link, I have to type "jmo" or "moo"?

If your post is an opinion of yours, JMO, MOO, or in my opinion should be included. If you post something like, "There was a fight between BWIII and CRsr just before the murders", that is a statement of fact, you need a link to substantiate that or say it is a rumor.
When, fiction, fact, and rumor get intertwined, how can the truth be determined? Those who have been on this thread from early on know how strict it was at first.

On a side note, I was catching up and read someone referencing KR's place in relation to FWF. According to Google Earth, it appears the power cut out behind his place, if followed crosses the FWF driveway. -Just an observation.

It is curious that Jake would mention that some relatives said he went to Hanna's and kicked her door down three weeks prior to the murders. Three weeks prior is about the time Rita forged the custody document. IMO he went to Hanna's with that forged custody document and tried to fool her into giving him SW.

DR was shot five times too, so what would have been the reasoning for that?

Maybe nothing, just making sure they were dead, maybe personal. I can't read too much into it. But maybe they were extra hated for custody reasons in one case and being sister of CG the new dad of K. Maybe the trial will tell us if there's not plea action.

I wonder will details such as this be left unanswered if there's a plea, or can part of the deal be they come clean and answer questions.

Agree, but I take it in the context of the murders. The many statements by the Wagners carry no weight for me, given they murdered Hanna and 7 members of her family and continue to lie about the crimes. Anything they deny, I automatically assume to be true. JMO.

How do we know it was an exaggeration? How do we know he didn't mean it literally? We have no way of knowing whether R relatives accused him of kicking in the door. And since it is hard to tell sarcasm by reading an article there is no way of knowing if he was denying an accusation or being sarcastic.

IMO, if JW had used the court system, he would have easily won custody. His brother had no trouble getting custody. To my knowledge, there’s never been any complaint regarding the kids under the care of the W’s. Every pic I’ve seen shows clean, smiling kids.

IMO, I think he had equal, if not greater chance in being granted custody. As Rsd posted, he had a clean record, there seemed to be no reason to keep him from being awarded custody. Imo, AW & JW were documenting things they felt not a healthy environment to use against HR. Again, MOO

JMO, we will find out at JW's trial. If such an incident took place, HMR likely told her friends about it. LE has likely subpoenaed phone and internet records of HMR, her friends and family. I have a feeling there will be a lot of information from phone calls, testimony, texts, emails etc. describing violent and threatening behavior by JW. JMO

Thank you MYLAND for the link... standard requests for a public entity malfeasance investigation. I didn't find any of it particularly shocking.
The anonymous complaint "coincidentally filed in November, 2018." What are the chances of this coming up a fortnight from the arrest of the most sought after perpetrators in Ohio history? It is the kind of distraction I would expect from a really angry woman. Other origins of the complaint could be from: the odd-man-out in a love triangle? the disgruntled old bookkeeper who got replaced by a shapely & younger female who flirts with the boss? or maybe accusations from a tough old bird who is really, really angry at being arrested and having charges read on national television?
I take no offense to disagreement on my position. Although irritating, embarrassing, untimely (or timely in the eyes of the anonymous complainant) and a distraction. I always say, "Steal my money, but don't take my life." Misuse of tax dollars.... a daily occurrence in every county in the United States, IMO (whether double billing for expenses, padding budgets, walking out the door with pens, or printing the Little League Roster on the tax payer's dime.)
Perhaps the only defense strategy forming is, "look anywhere else, but not at our client"..... The ABC Defense: Anybody But our Client?

As Dudly or someone else mentioned previously, AW and GW3 both had serious criminal records. Given S would have been living in their home and cared for them while JW was working, it would have counted against them. If the W's thought gaining custody of S was going to be easy, they wouldn't have resorted to murder. JMO

In his interview, LM only said there was a big event that happened there "the other night" and that LE treated the family badly. He never said what the conflict was or who was involved.

We'll probably find out, though, during the trials.

See my links a few posts up. This company didn't store the trailers. Hadsell Chemical stored them until they were moved to the county impound lot. Perhaps they did some other contracting work, but we'll need a link to verify that.
