rsd certainly is a wealth of information on this case... I'm not! That's why I have to ask at this late date if you or anyone else knows the birth date of S. Could the birth of S have had anything to do with the beginning of the Rhoden family being "spied on" by the Wagner's? I always assumed the spy tactics had something to do with the "undercurrent of drugs" but could the spying have, at least begun with keeping a spy-eye on the Rhoden's concerning S? Do the dates mentioned support that possible theory?

It would probably cause Angie to leave Billy and the boys to become estranged from their father, but I can't see why the girls would leave the boys.

So instead of getting married to JW 8/2015 she gets pregnant by another guy? There is a lot could happen in a year. It only takes one mistake to break up a relationship and that mistake can happen in an hour.

If Hanna caught Jake with another girl, that would be all it would take. Relationship over and moving on.

I think it was more that Hanna outgrew Jake in that year. She was finishing school, going into her senior year, getting ready to graduate. She had a car. Who knows maybe she was planning on moving away to attend college after graduation. Lots of kids do even if they have children of their own. And Jake may not have been okay with that, wanting a stay-at-home wife like his mother was.

I don't know if there are any universities near Pike County or not. We also don't know what her GPA was when she finished high school. We don't know what her plans were after finishing high school.

Two young couples under the same roof + possibly elders=I'd have gone home too, back to my own peeps. It's easier to be with your own family than people you're not strongly bonded to, especially in conflicts. Example: My own mom can tell me I need to change formulas or take away the pacifier. But let my mil offer advice I may get bristly.

Plus privacy would be difficult in that rickety looking structure. Bet it rocked...nuff said. Shouting would echo so keep the fights quiet.

I used to theorize that HG was in wrong place wrong time but now I think she was targeted. There was extreme over kill (5 shots) which shows it was personal, and she was likely a "bridge" between HR and her brother Charlie when they started dating.

Jake and Hanna were still living together when she got pregnant with Charlie's baby, which leads me to think this situation was a catalyst for Jake.

I agree and it’s my opinion she outgrew Jake. As an outsider looking in, the Wagners appear almost reclusive. The Rhodens appeared outgoing, adventurous, and very family oriented with lots of relatives they often interacted with. Maybe Hanna May felt secluded from her family. Perhaps she wanted to be very involved with her family and being part of the secluded Wagner family made her feel trapped and isolated from the ones she loved the most. It’s just a thought.

Kenny is important. There is a reason they traveled over ten miles to kill that last person. The other three houses were all in a line on the same road within one mile of each other. They went out of their way to travel to Kenny's house to kill him. It means something. What, I don't know yet, although I have some theories. But if it was just to make it look like a cartel hit, there are a lot more R's a lot closer that were into a lot harder drug dealing than Kenny selling MJ. If it was because they thought Kenny might retaliate, again there are a lot more R's a lot meaner and into a lot more trouble than Kenny who live a lot closer to the crime scenes than Kenny did.

Is there anything to say that they do not go there first? One idea that has been thrown out was that KR went to CRSRs house early in the morning to shower. It could have been to prevent him from coming onto the scene while the murders were occurring.

Agree. Also think the spying that LE says began in 2014 was probably Jake W hacking her computer/cell phone and social media accounts. He probably became very possessive and controlling over Hanna. If he was out on the road driving his truck, as he claims, he may have been paranoid about her activities while he was gone, thus the hacking and spying. JMO, Jake often speaks half-truths. His claims that he quit his job because HMR was upset that he was gone on the road all the time are probably the opposite. He was the one obsessing, becoming jealous.

Something happened around that time that made her end the relationship and move back home. She was maturing, craving independence and probably felt confident enough break up. Just speculation on my part, but the spying/hacking might have come to the attention of her mom Dana, who demanded she leave the Wagners and come home. There could have also been some escalating harassment and emotional or physical abuse from Jake, too. Dana probably wouldn't have tolerated that, JMO. She wanted her back home, finishing school, getting on with a more normal life.

After all, if JW was working at a job, the day care provider would be grandma AW, right? I seem to recall she has "an arrest record" and the same for grandpa GWIII?
Hopefully the decision of who should have custody of a child can't be made or implied by viewing "smiling kids" in a photograph. Photos can be so deceiving...they only indicate "a moment in time," not necessarily a pattern of consistent and sustained ability to care for a child. Heck, didn't we all see smiling photos of 3 generations posing on rocks by a beautiful river in Alaska? If it weren't for the W4 arrest, who would have thought anything other than an extended family sending well wishes to pals?

I can think of one thing the Rs knew about JW that would have seriously decreased the likelihood of him easily winning custody -- he, as he has now been accused, was alleged to have had sex with HR when she was a minor.

And her mom allowed her to “date” a much older man, if reports are correct that JW/HR lived together. Imo

It appears LE has a credible witness to the “spy” like charges. All 4 are charged with “attempting to procure another.....” To me, someone that was solicited to assist is talking. Jmo, of course.
