Hacking could be as simple as using someone's password w/o their consent. Say someone guesses your password, or discovers it on a sticky note, and uses it to get to all your other passcodes, or you use the same one on all your accounts, that's technically hacking.

I agree with this. We know the W’s appeared to be struggling financially after the murders, as they couldn’t and didn’t pay the contracter for the new barn that was built on Peterson road, just weeks after the murders. That contractor slapped a lien on the property that had to be paid upon sale of the house. Combine that with AW’s vigorous sm activity beginning in mid to late summer 2016 where she was selling everything she possibly could-cars, pigs, household items...everything but the kitchen sink, and the picture seems quite clear, at least to me, that the W’s were BROKE. That’s all JMO.

ETA-let us not forget JW’s . I don’t recall how much he raised in that campaign but it was a chunk of change. The goal was set at $20k when he started it.

The barn that is a stock barn, does not have a pad, and it was just about finished in June of 2016. The home was still white around that time too. (SeeDefFarms FB). The other was open sided and didn't have a concrete floor either, that I could tell anyway. (see Redfin Realtor's site)

Semi trucks now are equipped with some pretty high tech. GPS, engine status mpg and many have sleepers with computers wi fi and lots of gadgets and gizmos. Truck stops sell an incredible amount of it and even engine diagnostics. Load spread, bidding for jobs and even the time a truck is in motion for federally mandated logging driving and down time.


The Waggies were surrounded by tech and perhaps asked anyone who did tech work on the trucks or the farm questions about what they wanted to accomplish.

Jake could have gotten info about hacking from a tech guy anywhere. Just say he wanted to monitor his girlfriend to see if she’s cheating. There’s a hidden app/program you can install on phones to give you every text every movement and all info on the phone for a fee every month. It’s illegal but available. And cameras can be used in a reverse format in smart TVs and every computer with s camera attached.

I don’t know how to do these things but I bet I could certainly figure it out.

As far as the Flying Waggies Farm;

Remarkably enough so to high tech farms as expenses and it’s incredibly detailed in the care and health and feeding of show quality animals. It’s possible they might all have been familiar enough to do what I do. Figure out what I need and find it on the Internet. After research.

And what about the tech st Fred’s nursing home? Tech used there would be a small version of a hospital. And they would have an IT person available for a few hours a month for reconciliation and billing.

JW told the Cincinnati Enquirer that they lived together off/on after SW was born at his parents or her parents. That might be true or not. I don't believe anything JW says for the most part. If it's true, then all her parents did was to allow her to live with the father of her child and the child.

I doubt that DR would knowingly allow her underage daughter to have sex with a man.

The contract that JW speaks about in this article can't be accurate. There is only one way to get shared custody in the State of Ohio. He would have had to file a certain form with the court. The court would hold a hearing with the parents. My theory is that he was afraid to go that route because of the felony charge that he is now charged with.

Hate to differ but DR had to know they were doing the monkey dance. Especially when Hanna got pregnant. I knew the first time my daughter became active by the look on her face and intuition. I was ready and had made certain she knew what she was doing and was protected.

JW might been a good catch and in another decade been wealthy. Until it all went wrong. I am not of the opinion he’s as innocent as what he tries to appear.

JOHNNYBBAD bbm, I totally agree that "an extension of an earlier plan" is in the making.
If I wanted to escape jail, the guards are most vulnerable during "transporting the suspect/criminal/inmate" (choose your own descriptive word for Jake) to and from the courthouse or other facility (such as a hospital). In the transportation process, they are no longer behind cold walls, freedom is literally a car window away and they are seeing their community (the one they know they will never walk free in again for decades or longer).... the only thing that stands between them and freedom are two guards with no back-ups and no alarms. I can only imagine what must be going through a perp's mind during that process. I think it is a very dangerous time and situation.
If I were hoping/planning an escape:
I would ask for no restraints in the courtroom.
I would ask if I could wear regular/street clothing.
I would smile, act respectful and be cooperative. (But probably couldn't hide my smirk.....as each step of my plan falls into place.)
I would be thinking, it is better for me to "go down fighting" than let this court system ruin my future.
IMO, "something about to happen" is more a reality than a prediction. Always great to read your common sense posts.

John. The Waggies have had a full regimine for an escort. GW3 had 5 armed guards and stepped out of a secured van. Jake had 4. I didn’t see the others enter the courthouse. Knowing what LE knows they aren’t going to transport any of them with minimal escort. There might be an effort. It just ain’t a gonna work.

Obviously DR would know when HR told her that she was pregnant. I have children and I never knew when they became active so everyone is different.

When your daughter is underage and pregnant and doesn't believe in abortion then as a mother you deal with it. You embrace your daughter and grandchild and love them as much as ever.

That doesn't mean that the family beliefs or subculture are different tho.

Okay......since the alleged hacking/spying type charges begin in or about July 2014 thru May 2017, is it your position this was JW searching for access to HR phone & SM activity? Then, he abruptly stopped? If so, wonder why the other 3 have the same charges. Unless the investigation only shows such activity took place from W’s computer & there’s no way to determine who was using the computer, so charge them all.
Why would the W’s wish to “spy” a year after the murders? I would assume the phones & accounts were deactivated.
The indictments don’t reveal the name/s of the person/s the W’s attempted or actually did “spy” on, to be clear.

I think the charges as I recal in count 19 and 20 were much more extensive than simple hacking although it was mentioned. Social media can be snap chat and Instagram as well

I'm just saying that it could be that simple. JW could get HMR's passcode ,(for example), somehow, or have possibly guessed her password, combine that passcode, with a phone number, and/or email add, and that can get you into a lot of places sometimes.
