About the revenge talk, yes, FW is being accused of having been there. Prosecutor: "on at least one occasion...in which she was present along with her now capitol crime defendants (the 4 Wagners.)

... The State does have concerns about her participation in those conversations and potential efforts coordinating any of those sorts of efforts".

And the prosecutor said "she discussed at length her Grand Jury Testimony with the 4 capital crime defendants."

I’d prefer my atty be aggressive rather than meek, if I’m paying him. Or, if my life is on the line.
I didn’t notice aggression. I’m going to watch again, I’ll pay closer attention.

JMO, it's less important about whether the vendor followed the rules in selling BPV's to her. It's more about when and why and who purchased them and why she lied about her son and grandson owning them.

Of course her atty is trying to say she is hard of hearing and didn't understand their question. "Ma Barker" Fredericka is pretty savvy. JMO

She was probably asked quite a few questions that day and it seems odd that she's claiming that was the only question she may not have heard correctly.

Prosecutors and courts are accustomed to these tactics by defense attys and their clients. They know how to deal with them. BTW, she seemed to hear everything very well today and the last time.

Well, that will be up to the jury to determine.

If LE found those BPV's were used in the murders, lying about such a thing is called Obstruction of Justice. She's been charged with that.

LE likely took them as evidence and had them tested for blood, etc.

Yes. Why did she lie? If it's not illegal to own a BPV why lie to a GJ about it?

There is something more to this. There is a reason Fred lied about something that anyone can buy and own. My point is, if it was all so innocent on Fred's part, why did she lie in something as serious as a GJ?

OT, but regarding sentences, news is reporting a spec’ needs child died from neglect (starvation), the DA offered a plea, mom & dad got 5yr ea. LE called it the worst child abuse they’d seen in that county. The child was padlocked in his BR and lived in deplorable conditions.
I see more and more ridiculously low prison sentences for heinous crimes. They are pled down to nearly nothing.

If the defense has the evidence, it won't get thrown out. Keep in mind, the Ohio AG was in charge of this case. Once he decides to prosecute, he seldom makes mistakes. He's reviewed all the evidence. They wouldn't make these charges if there wasn't a solid reason to do so.

JMO, they should have also charged her with Conspiracy. She may want to reconsider bashing the prosecution.

I thought the first time she was in court she acted like she had hearing issues. I’ll see if I can notice that point in video again. You might recall the discussion about the G’s having hearing loss? Idk. It might be their posture.

She was a bobble head today as she listened to the judge. If this is all the prosecutors have against her, I don't know what to think. I guess it would depend on how the question(s) were framed at the GJ. JMO

Does anyone else believe more charges could be filed against her, if she actively participated and/or was present in the revenge talk? This seems to be a more serious allegation.
