Here's a good link to a good youtube video of FW's pre trial.Hi. I missed the info about the BPV. When was it revealed? Do you have a link please?
She's in the courtroom right now.
Camera is on the door right now. If there was news during FW's hearing that RN was going to be a no-show today, the news media would have reported that. JMO, looks to me like the hearing is going to happen, just waiting for them to bring her in.
Just speculatin' but she would be a likely candidate to take a plea bargain. She was only marginally involved, is not a blood relation, doesn't look in good health. AW may have told her a lot of stuff.
Her atty just entered the courtroom
When you come from jail you are escorted into the court house through a back door. When you come from home you just sit in the gallery and wait until your case is called. Why is FW sitting in the gallery of the courtroom with her daughter, as if she's a spectator, not the defendant? It appears FW is the most defiant in the family, assumes the rules don't apply to her. JMO
Better keep an eye on her.

I'm also wondering what size the vests are and who might have worn them. I'm just guessing here, but I would think that they need to fit very snugly to be effective. If LE has the vests, I wonder if they have any marks on them where they were hit by bullets? If so that could be some powerful evidence.
JMO
AW is not a convicted felon. Case dismissed, lack of speedy trial.A convicted felon can't own a BPV. Does that mean BWIII and AW were not allowed to own them? Is that one thing she lied about, possibly?
Ohio does not have any additional body armor laws. In Ohio, any adult can purchase and use a bulletproof vest, unless that adult has been convicted of a felony. Bulletproof vests and all other body armor can be purchased online or face-to-face.

She absolutely needs to go at the farm but does know how many horses left there. That was convincing.

And yes, evidence of bullet marks would be huge. I don't know of any armed horses - you know, the whole opposable thumbs thing...
I think it was Junk that said they were discovered during the "May" raid. I'm assuming that was the big raid in May 2017 with the SWAT team and ambulances.
self deleteWell, not much news today.
Several weeks before F & R appear again.
