Imo. If the detectives can't solve this case. Then they are not worth much. Jmo.
Why do you say that Dexter if I may ask? Is there evidence they know about that I have missed pointing to who did this?
The reason I say that is there are countless unsolved cases so unfortunately some cases just aren't ever solved due to lack of evidence needed to support the BARD standard that must be met in court. . I think if any law enforcement agency had evidence in hand showing who did these murders they would jump at the chance to arrest someone. Imo, there is nothing more important to law enforcement agencies than solving a case and certainly one of this magnitude with so many victims.
It took quite awhile for them to finally charge someone in Jessica Chambers case. I really don't care how long they take as long as they arrest the person/s who did this. The DA gets only one bite at the apple so the evidence has to be solid.
