That could be what the state allows them to pay, and they could have a small balance left. When my dad died, his care and burial was $7100.00. So when my mom paid for his, she prepaid hers, for identical everything. The only thing I didn't care for was her selection of caskets. Too plain. But I found out when I lost my first husband in 1980, the caskets available at the funeral home I chose ranged in price from $150.00 to $3500.00! His was $945.00

Just bringing this up, WRT theories about the Rhoden family massacre being done by an angry family member or family friend, this is what that type of crime usually looks like. It's a crime of passion, not usually done in such a pre-planned, methodical fashion as with the Rhodens.

That fella has just come unhinged. He's wanting to hurt anyone. I think the Rhoden assailant(s) have a deeper reason and have stewed, and planned.Maybe for months, or even years. It's more about revenge/hate for them, rather than a crime of passion.

IDK. He is Native American so that kind of puts a different slant on this. Being Native American myself I think most tribal members stick together. There is some infighting of course but he probably looked at his aunt and uncle testifying against him in the sexual assault of a minor crime a huge betrayal not seeing that they were doing the right thing by testifying against him. Plus having been to Wellston and Luther many times I know how rural an area it is. Michael Vance is actually from Chandler so I am going to say he is either Iowa or Shawnee. Since he is now headed toward Stillwater, I am going to call Iowa since their tribal headquarters is in Perkins. He might be planning to get to one of their casinos and since all casinos are on tribal land it would then be the jurisdiction of the Iowa Tribal Police. He could be planning to turn his self in to the ITP. NA's trust other NA's and especially members of their own tribes a lot more than any other LE. I just know one thing for sure he is out of control.

Just my own opinion of course and maybe not the way other NA's see it.

That is what I think also. He went out of control when he got out of jail maybe knowing he was going back in after they convicted him of the child sex charge (with testimony from his aunt and uncle). I hope they catch him soon or that he turns himself into his tribal police. I just hope he is not heading toward the 15 year old he is accused of assaulting.

Not sure what you are talking about but the link posted by Betty P was to a man who killed his aunt and uncle in Luther Ok and is now on the run while shooting just about anyone he comes in contact with.

I just checked my notes and there was 1 person shot 4'xs, 1 shot 2'xs and 1 shot 3'x's that are left. I don't know which goes with which. Who would have had it "in" for HG? From everything I've read about her she was a devoted mother and all around nice girl? Dawn! That's a heck of a curve ball! Everyone's been thinking if they were mad or fighting about a child it was HR. Wow!

There were a total of 32 shots. That would leave 9 shots remaining IF the GSWs we've read about are accurate. I don't see how anyone could shoot a woman in the head 5 times! Barely a woman, we're talking a 20 year old girl! It doesn't make any sense to me.

That might make sense if FR is the one shot 4 times. Some one could have had it in for CRsr and FR (maybe over the demo derbies), went to DR's house looking for CRsr and took some of their anger out on DR then went to FR's and the "work" trailer that CRsr and GR were at. That could make sense and account for 7 of the deaths.

But what about KR? Where does he fit in all this? He was shot once. No indication of anger there or did the killers just run out of bullets or just get tired?

KR is still the odd man out as he has been in every scenario or theory we have came up with on here.

I think part of the reason that CR1 was shot so many times is that they either woke him up, or he knew them and invited them in and it took that many to stop a moving target.


It looks more like to me that is different shooters. One, who is more adept/comfortable with, firearms, and/or killing than the other. I remember them saying that FG was shot through the eye too.

Three shots, one shot, and two shots, and probably helped take out CR1. Then the accomplice who helped with CR1, and shot Dana, HG, and probably HR. I wonder if one of the assailants was female?
