IMO, and I think the sheriff stated something to the affect, that they would have multiple police at and near ALL of the funerals for the remaining families protection and peace of mind.

ETA: SNIP> Pike County Sheriff Charles Reader said that security would be tight at all the funerals — the others are planned for Saturday and Tuesday — and officers from Ohio and Kentucky were at the funeral home, both in the parking lot and inside.

Yes. And that would be because the perps might be there and they expect trouble. :)

I cannot link as Amazon is not working for me . But I read a great ficton book based on the real mj growing in Kentucky. The name of the book is Homegrown, I think.

Easy to read and sure seems to fit into this whole scenario. Great book,

I can't help but to think that Chris sr was the main target. But I also think that the murders of CandG and F andH were maybe simultaneous, so, two shooters. The trailers were so close to each other that I'd think the shooters wouldn't want to risk having one or the other residences being alerted and armed or able to call 911. JUST MY OPINION
Yes those were very close and I would think it would be hard for something to happen and not alert the other ones.

Now Frankie and Hannah could have been first, alerted Chris and Gary and people got there and that was maybe why there seemed to be a fight.

I can see how no one at Dana's heard anything going on at the other's houses.

I've seen photos of them fishing, I assume the pond is on their property? If so, or one close not sure why it took the week to search it.

Wow. I totally missed thread 3. That's why no new posts were showing up. It's been a few days mourning in the area I live in.

I guess that pond by the road might be a good place to dump evidence in a hurry. But not for someone going very far.

Yes! I live in an area that might be similar....the "backwoods hillybilly" thing. Fierce protectors of friends and family. First out the door to lend a helping hand. Maybe a bit rough around the edges but in the end decent folk!

If I am a"hillbilly" is it ok to call myself a "hillbilly", but no one else is allowed to call me a "hillbilly" because it's a derogatory term??? JMO

I feel like there's more to the 'biker gang' line of thinking perhaps connected to that woman that was just sentenced to a year of probation two days before the murders...the one that had the run-in with Chris Jr. and Dana..that timing is awfully suspect to me.

I almost missed it myself and I'm her every day. :)

They went to that campground place where they worked to fish and some other places that Frankie went fishing with cousins that I saw a picture of today. It was large water with a bridge.

I saw a pond on the video from yesterday that had the graphics, it was about halfway between Dana's and Chris's.

I don't know the size of that pond, seems small.. "Dive Team" sounds big but that could be one person in a suit to search the bottom of a small pond well.

In one interview Manly says when they got to the first house, the dogs were no where to be found. In another article it is questioned as to how someone unknown could have gotten past the vicious dogs. Manly also says the dogs were not killed. Where were the dogs that morning? Evidently, I missed something somewhere. I'll be back with links.

Well I'm really interested about this dive team and where they go. If they don't go to that pond and go to that place I saw the picture of..

What's everyone's opinion? If a professional hit would they dispose of weapons close by?
