<eyeroll>

There have been some late nights at the Fulton County courthouse during the week's jury selections, including Wednesday when court didn't wrap up until 8:30 p.m.*

Because of this, Worley told the judge he hasn't been able to get enough sleep at night at CCNO.

Oh gag. Please, tell us more about how much you’re suffering. The audacity of this monster is just sickening.

He has had months to rest in jail for his trial. How did they even get the report of this? He is giving interviews now?

He talked for several minutes in open court about it with the judge. There's just no words that encompass the sociopathic narcissism of this devil. "He has to be fresh"...*vomit*

I admire your courage and strength, jashrema. I'm just so sorry you have to endure this.

I could never be in close proximity to the as I'd end up behind bars.

Sending healing thoughts, prayers and more strength to you, Josh, Sierahs' family and loved ones.

He said that since he has been getting back to CCNO late in the evening he has been unable to get to bed at a decent time. He went on to say that the staff wakes him up at 3 a.m. to take his medication, then interrupts his sleep again to wake him up for breakfast at 5 a.m.
"They are interrupting my short period of rest that I do have, and I need to come in here on the ball and awake. I want to pay attention to you and that person and get my first impression of them," Worley said.
The judge told Worley he will coordinate with the facility to see if his medication can be sent with him to court daily so that he is on a regular sleep schedule during this trial that could last up to five weeks.

The nerve of him!! How about Sierah's family hasn't been able to sleep because of YOUR actions!

Jashrema, I think of you every day and what you are all having to handle without showing much emotion. I wish I could be there to show my support. Many outside of your area are holding your hand. You are wrapped in love. :grouphug:

That is right please know even though we can not be there with you we are thinking of you and your friends and family each day in court. Many prayers are being said for continued strength to deal with this trial.

So, he got his sleep yesterday with no court??

Hey worley...

:boohoo:

And today they "should" have the final 18 jurors??

TIA!

Stupid question. Why are there two counts murder?

Perhaps because there are different special circumstances attached to each charge for the jury to choose from?

I had not seen an answer to your question so I am proposing one consideration although I am not sure what those differences are. Perhaps somebody else is in the know
