Cars, bodies found in Aja Johnson case
FROM STAFF REPORTS Published: March 29, 2010

NORMAN — A car sought since a 7-year-old girl and her mom's estranged husband disappeared from Comanche County in January has been found at Lake Thunderbird, authorities said today.

It appears there may be a body in the car and possibly one on the ground near the car, said Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation spokeswoman Jessica Brown.

The car was found in a wooded rural area just north of SE 108 and State Highway 9.

Brown confirmed the car was the 1992 Toyota Paseo owned by Tonya LeAnn Hobbs, who was found dead Jan. 24 in Geronimo.
