Once again, the public came to the rescue by calling in a tip about a vehicle matching the amber alert description. The police followed this lead and were able to locate the girl and the suspect.

It looks like the mom is a waitress, which means it is possible she was working Saturday afternoon when L went to her friends house. Therefore, she may have given police a description of the last outfit she saw L in before realizing she had changed out of it.

It is sounding more and more like the mom was not home when L left.

He posted on his facebook back in May he'd gotten a new job in Ardmore as a truck driver delivering beverages to restaurants (his route covered 4 states). He was also asking about rentals available in Ardmore. Is it possible he saw L with her mom and this isn't so random after all?
