I've never understood them either. I always have to wait for someone else to decipher them for me. Sorry, guys!

I am a little frustrated that the Jamisons are not on the OSBI's missing persons list.

Anyways here is a article I found, I don't believe it has been previously posted:

Eufaula man filed lawsuit against father

WILBURTON — Lawsuits appeared to be a focal point in the lives of Bobby and Sherilyn Jamison, and investigators took notice.

In 2005, Bobby Jamison filed a civil lawsuit after allegedly injuring his back in a wreck in Oklahoma County. Starlet Jamison, Bobby Jamison’s mother, told investigators the lawsuit was settled out of court for $64,000 and her son split the money with his wife — perhaps accounting for the cash found in their pickup Oct. 17.

In May 2009, Bobby Jamison filed a lawsuit against his father, Bobby Dean Jamison, who died later that year. The son claimed he worked at his father’s Oklahoma City gas station for years under the premise he would inherit half-interest, only to have the elder Jamison sell the station without leaving him a penny.

I would just like to clairify that jack was interviewed by the FBI BEFORE Bobby Sr. died, and Madyson became worth $850,000.

Omg, I didn't realize it was that much.

$850,000.00 is a good motive to murder someone. I wonder who gets the money if the Jamison's are never found and eventally declared dead. :)

Bolded by me.
Not bashing the OSBI, ahem, but there are quite a few MP's not listed by them. Very frustrating.
If I were OSBI, I'd be embarressed to have my own cases all over other nationwide clearing houses... and not my own.

If this were another agency, I'd think that LE suspected that the disappearance was voluntary and thus shouldn't be listed; however, with OSBI, I'd say it's just a glaring omission.

Far be it from me to criticize the professionals of course (cough-cough). Perhaps they've had to cut back on website expenses to fund keeping their spokesperson looking good when she makes excuses on camera (make-up, hairspray, etc. etc.).

From what I know the money has already been dispursed. Bobby Sr. Had some final expenses that needed to be taken care of, Jack and Amos got $190,000 and the rest is I
in a trust for Madyson.

What happens to the money if Madyson dies, who gets it?

Starlet will get it in 7 years if she does not return. Or if her body is found then it will go to Star before then.

Jack essentially settled for the $190,000 so they wouldn't have to wait the 7 years only to have to take it back through probate. there for he essentially waived his rights to the rest of the estate when he settled.

The petition Bobby Dale filed against his father last May, is finally viewable:

http://www.oscn.net/applications/os...=caseGeneral&casemasterID=2470961&db=Oklahoma

You might have to wait a bit. When I checked the link to make sure it worked, the court website went offline.

Bobby Dale's attorney, Alexander Bednar, I see, has sued at least two school districts (in Chickasha and Norman). I wonder if the Jamisons were thinking about using him if they filed a lawsuit against the Eufaula school district, as they were alleged in the Sunday Oklahoma article to be considering.

Not much other info on him, though. Specializes in civil cases, it looks like.

OK,

That was an interesting read. I think I figured it out though...5/11/09 Bobby Jr. files suit against Bobby Sr. and Starlet. 7/28/09 Bobby Sr. replies agreeing to some charges, but not to all charges. Then there is NOTHING. Nothing in August, Nothing in September, and Nothing in October. So I am going to bet that Bobby Sr. settled out of court with Bobby Jr. and that is why there was no response. I wonder if Bobby Jr.s attny would talk to Star and tell her what the settlement was.

Any one else find it odd that the day Bobby Sr. made a motion to settle with Star in the divorce is the same day Bobby Jr. went missing?
