I'm particularly interested in his time in the Bronx. I'm not skilled at tracking down addresses, and it's tougher when someone changes names. His list of aliases got me curious.
The word Sakima is Lenape for leader (sometimes interpreted as king). The Lenape Native Americans lived in the Bronx and surrounding area when colonizers from Europe arrived.
The name Negasi seems to be of African origin and means "he will become king."
The last name Zuberi seems to be Arabic? Not sure. It most prevalent in Pakistan and USA. It means "strong."
The last name Hyche seems to be of European origin. In USA, it's found in AL more than other areas.
First name Justin, means, not surprisingly, just, righteous.
The last name Kouassi seems to most prevalent in Ivory Coast, Africa.
Normally, I wouldn't think to check name origins or meanings, but because he changed names so often, which indicates he is choosing at least some of the names, I think it's of potential interest.

Googled name meaning sites
Ancestry.com (paid site, sorry)
