I can’t help but think wherever her car is, she’s there too. I hate to say it but I think there may have been a terrible accident and either her car ran off the road or somehow entered a body of water most likely Delaware River. There are places along Delaware Ave which runs parallel to 95 North that a car could enter the water. Very scary to think of that outcome.

New Surveillance Images Of Cassandra Johnston's Car In Philadelphia On Day She Went Missing

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — There are new leads in the search for missing Bucks County woman Cassandra “Casey” Johnston. On Tuesday, police released surveillance images of her car in Philadelphia as it approached I-95 from Vine and Franklin Streets.
(Picture of her car in this location at link)

The photos were taken on July 10, just before 6 o’clock in the morning. ...

This is perhaps a question that’s already been asked and answered but do we have any photos or video that show Casey herself is driving that car? This image, for example, doesn’t reveal who is at the wheel.
We don't, but LE may? Or someone said they saw her drive away?

The first post in the thread reads, "She was last seen in the area of 12th Street and Vine Street in Philadelphia wearing the same depicted clothing as in the image and operating a silver 2016 Ford Focus sedan displaying PA registration KSA8807 similar to the one depicted here."

They have not found her car, correct? Have we considered she intentionally left her phone at the club, and that she's voluntarily missing?

There were no transactions made from her back account, I don't think she went missing "voluntarily". She had bipolar disorder, and she didn't take her medications with her. Even if she did run away, she would have at least bought some medications to help prevent withdrawal and manic symptoms from the anticonvulsants.

Sounds realistic to me...this poor family. Where are you sweetie?

I live in Philadelphia. 3.4 miles from where she lives.
Yes I kind of think she made it onto 95N too. Otherwise cameras would’ve picked up anything suspicious in Philly and there’d be more info from Philly PD. The fact that they searched in her neighborhood behind the house she lives in tells me that perhaps the family feels as though she made it home. It’s just so strange that there’s such a lack of info regarding her disappearance in local news. I wonder if she missed the ramp for 95N and ended up on Delaware Ave alongside the river.

So many people have been up and down Delaware Ave, including me. I think if that was the case they would have found at least her car right now. The weekend that she went missing a body was found in the Delware in the vicinity of where she would have been so LE was in the water - not connected but I think that would have produced something if that is where she ended up.

Can you put in a link about a body found in the Delaware? Thank you!

I don’t know if she has a link or not, but not everything makes the news around Philadelphia. Coming home from the airport in 2019 on 95 there was a 3-4 vehicle crash that happened right in front of me with a body ejected through the glass unresponsive. Another car rolled over. There was never any press about it just a note the road was closed for however many hours. I was looking for days to see if the man survived but not a peep. Never showed up on google or any of the news sites.

I respect your opinion. However, I don't necessarily agree that she would have taken her meds. It's possible she was already off them, which may have contributed to a not well thought out decision to 'disappear'. Ultimately, we don't know which is was, though I do hope I'm right, because I'd love to see her come home safe.

I don't want to preach or press....or take the mods tasks....WS works like this....anything you want to share need to be backed up with MSM unless the mods thinks otherwise.

Can you post a link to where it said she has bipolar disorder? I must have missed that.

I have a question about her bipolar - and I’m going back to psych 101 in undergrad, so please forgive me for not getting labels/concepts accurate. Does anyone know how she might behave 7+ days unmedicated? Would she be more likely to do risky, impulsive things like gambling? (Just an example - obv casinos have tons of cameras and she hasn’t touched her $). Or would she be more likely to need a quiet place to nap? Or would she just become increasingly confused - needing help but not succeeding in making her needs known to strangers?

I guess I’m asking how “impaired” she would be right now, and if her loved ones know what that impairment looks like - again, apologies if I’m using outdated concepts.

For anyone familiar with the Woodhaven Rd exit of I95 North, that curve which brings you onto Woodhaven Road can be pretty dangerous if speeding around it. I just rode that way this past weekend and was thinking if you don’t slow down the car could easily flip off the road and there’s deep brush to the left side. I wonder if police have checked there for her car God forbid she was in a wreck. Just trying to think of any situation.

I agree, but wouldn’t someone have seen it happen? Unless she was clipped from behind and that driver just continued. I haven’t driven there at 6am on a weekend morning, though - do you think she could have been the only car (or one of two) around the curve? You can’t see the curve from 95, and I know there’s a merging road up a bit, but I don’t think those drivers could have seen something happen on that curve either. I don’t know.

She can experience withdrawal symptoms, the risk of having a relapse is also very high. Without taking anticonvulsants (mood stabilizers in layman terms), a person with bipolar disorder may have suicidal thoughts and episodes of mania.
These withdrawal symptoms can begin anywhere from 24 to 48 hours at most.

She could experience a lot of what you're saying. Depends on the medications she was taking and what dosage she was taking it in. Withdrawal from psychiatric medications can be life-threatening. Different medications produce different withdrawal effects. She may experience physical symptoms, psychiatric symptoms or both. It would help knowing what medications Cassandra was taking.
Withdrawal effects can show up after only a couple of hours of missing a dose. She could experience a rebound which is basically the worsening of your symptoms.
She could have what you call episodes of mania, she may suddenly be hyperactive, have mood swings, suicidal thoughts, episodes of exaggerated behavior, and be confused. Some physical symptoms include chest tightness, nausea/vomiting, fatigueness, etc etc.
It would take weeks to get better, with the proper medical guidance.
