Aaron Lee Noyer aged 22 of Erie, PA said he climbed through a window to burglarize an apaprtment. Instead on a whim he kidnapped a 2 year old girl, sexually assaulted her, murdered her and threw her naked little body in weeds. Yeah this guy is full of s*it he went to burglarize a place.

LE had his fingerprints from the apaprtment and arrested him. He's admitted to the murder and lef cops to baby Elizabeth Neimeic's body. Poor little thing. Cops had his prints on file because Noyer served time for stabbing his own brother.

Sleep little Elizabeth. Angel Elizabeth.

No, this was not a whim. Burglars do not suddenly decide to kidnap, rape, and kill. You are so right, Filly. Something is seriously wrong.

His Myspace says alot. The first person on his "friends" list is BDSM Toys. Not the mother of his child. Not his sister. He probably was in that scene. Not saying that responsible "normal" adults that partake in the privacy of their homes with consent would ever hurt a child, but 100 and some photos of himself flashing gang signs. Bit of an ego.

Let's not forget he stabbed his own brother.

Most frightening is under his "My pictures" one shows him holding two little girls of maybe the age of two. Lord only knows who else he hurt.

We have a thread on this over on Crimes. He's full of horse poop he went in just to burglarize.

He's got a bunch of Myspaces. One Facebook. Flashing gang signs. The whole bit.

The perp also stabbed his own brother and did time for it. His family is apologizing. Maybe because so they say they are receiving death threats.

Poor lil angel. May she RIP and her family find some sort of solace.

I can't get over Elizabeth's story. I can not imagine the pain and loss her family is feeling let alone what Elizabeth went through. I pray that she is at peace now and that her family can find that peace someday. ...I contributed to her funeral fund... just wish there was more that could be done. I wish this could all be undone.

On the local Erie ABC news just now:
A couple of longtime friends of Cassie Black (mother of little Elizabeth) have reported that the suspect, Aaron Noyer, was in her house 6 months ago. This works against Cassie's claim that it was a totally random crime and that she had no knowledge of Noyer before he killed her daughter. The friends are urging Cassie to "get it together" and "be truthful with what she knows."

I am guessing that there was some sort of illegal activity (drugs probably) between Noyer and Black before this crime and Black does not want to fess up to it.

So now on the 5:30 news report (same station) the friends are saying that Cassie Black and Aaron Noyer were friends on FB (now deleted) and that Black owed Noyer money.

If this is true, Cassie Black needs to swallow her ego and fess up to her previous connections and to a potential motive for the murder of her daughter. Noyer's sentence will be much harsher if he is shown to have targeted the family and killed Elizabeth for payback -- rather than a random act with no premeditation.

OMG! To do that over owed money??? Could that get any worse?

Here's the deleted myspace page that WJET said was related to the case.

Apparently it was deleted in an attempt to conceal evidence related to the murder investigation.

The preliminary hearing today...

Aaron L. Noyer, 22, was supposed to appear at 9 a.m. before Erie 3rd Ward District Judge Tom Carney in Erie County Central Court. That hearing has been postponed until Aug. 26 at the request of the prosecution.

A western Pennsylvania agency has disciplined an unidentified number of employees over the handling of a child abuse complaint against a man now accused of killing a toddler.

The agency says it received a complaint in early June about Noyer's behavior toward another child sometime before the fall of 2009 but did not report it to police until his arrest.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled this afternoon in Erie County Central Court for the man accused of killing 2-year-old Elizabeth Neimeic.

An Erie man is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on charges that he strangled a toddler after allegedly breaking into her home and abducting her.

Police have since re-interviewed the girl's mother to dispel rumors that she knew Noyer, but Chief Steve Franklin says nothing came of those interviews.

Bound over for trial...

During the hearing, witnesses traced the case from the discovery of Neimeic's disappearance through Noyer's confession and his decision to lead police to her body.

One of the detectives said Noyer laughed at times while talking about what he had done.

Noyer faces charges of criminal homicide, aggravated assault, aggravated indecent assault, kidnapping, burglary and abuse of a corpse. He is being held in the Erie County Prison without bond.

http://www.aolnews.com/2011/03/11/aaron-noyer-of-pennsylvania-sentenced-to-life-in-murder-of-2-yea/

A Pennsylvania man pleaded guilty today to the slaying of a 2-year-old girl who was snatched from her bedroom in her family's home last year.

Aaron Noyer, 22, was sentenced to life in prison today for the second-degree murder of Elizabeth Neimeic of Erie, Pa. As part of a plea deal, prosecutors agreed to drop additional charges against Noyer, including aggravated indecent assault, kidnapping and abuse of a corpse.

I hope with that deal, that he will not be able to appeal the plea or anything else. They really gave him a break.
