You may be right, but remember, in his first booking photo, he had a big grin. Not so much in the next one, when he knew where they'd been digging.

If it's the one I am thinking of, that isn't a booking photo that is his driver's license photo.

I'm amazed the public get access to police records so soon like this! Wish they did it in England, we might get snippets of it at trial but most likely not.

It it usual / typical? Are they always made public? I've seen similar on various cases but not all of them.

Unless a record is sealed, all are available to the public. Sometimes, though, you have to pay a fee to access them.

Perhaps that could help, but in a lot of places the preferred drug is Meth or Ice, so there would be something else to replace it. People that deal drugs are looking for quick easy money and usually lots of it. It's a demand & supply thing and addictive with heavier substances so people addicted always crave their drug of choice.
So it would still be problematic as far as the criminal element is concerned IMO

Totally agree. Trying to fix a problem on the back end never works as it does not address the root issue. It's just treating the symptoms and not the actual cause.

Smoking The hybrid extremely high potent marijuana that is around now causes and I can't remember the exact term for it but men's breasts to become enlarged. My nephew who just graduated from college partied as most college frat kids do and it happened to him. Gave up the stuff and it went away. He even had to see a doctor because if he didn't stop he would have to get a possible surgery to correct his one breast and it was only one

I watched this as it happened, and I think this is one of those moments frozen in time that doesn't accurately depict what happened. He certainly did look up at the helicopter, but live it looked more like he was just squinting, not grinning. He looked up maybe one second, and had just gotten out of a dark van. He was not nefariously grinning for the camera.

If there's more bodies, I want to say I would be shocked, but that's not true. I don't believe there really are more, but, at the same time, if more were found, it wouldn't be shocking to me. If that makes any sense......

IF CD killed anyone else, I think his need for attention/creed/whatever the heck he was wanting, would have had him telling someone and proving to someone, even photos to prove, etc. I don't think he would have been able to control the urge to tell it, and even tell details... such as " you know john boy... they say he's missing....well missing to them, but I they'll never find him. Thought he was going to stiff me... nah..... 6 ft under..." Or something like that.

From SM (no mods, I'm not going to quote anything!) this type people don't seem to be able to keep quiet about anything. Whether fables, rumors, out and out lies, or the truth... they have those fingers doing the talking!

He told people that he had killed before, although that could have just been bravado. However, knowing full well TM had been killed by him, he played it off like he was just avoiding probation or something stupid like that. He played dumb about it. I don't think he would necessarily tell until he was properly motivated to do so. JMO

Okay. I think pot should be decriminalized for many, many reasons that I won't get into here but people get killed for cell phones, sneakers, cars and jackets all of which are legal and easily attainable. Legalizing pot won't stop the criminally insane from finding a reason to kill.

My friend was knocked to the ground by a mugger at the doorway to a donut shop at 7:30am for her cell phone and $30 in cash. She broke her hip, needed replacement surgery and spent 3 months in rehab. She will limp for the rest of her life and experiences constant pain. He was caught and went to jail.

Another friend was shot in the parking lot of a family restaurant at 6pm, nearly bleed to death there, lost the use of her leg and is permanently handicapped as a result, lives in constant pain and will never fully recover. Nothing was taken. He and his 'partner' killed another woman - nothing taken, were arrested, convicted and will spend the rest of their lives in prison.

Another friend was murdered because his GF returned to him after a brief fling with another and the rejected suitor decided to travel 200 miles to track him down and kill him.

Another friend was murdered because the perp wanted to legally obtain a shotgun from him in a private sale, but didn't have the money to purchase it, so rather than wait until he had the funds, he snuck into my friends home late at night, shot my friend in his head as he slept and stole the shotgun. He is doing life.

We presently have had a slew of attacks on pedestrians who get smacked in the back of the head with a fist closed around a bike lock, get beaten to near death over a nearly empty wallet and a cell phone for which they will get $10 for on the black market.

There is no end to the 'excuses' for criminal behavior.

Yes, if pot were legally available in PA perhaps these young men would have used legal means to obtain it and would be alive but let's remember, they were buying from a friend not some stranger in a dark alley.

Wow! That's a very large percentage of people you know that have been victims of violence!! Where do you live??!!

I just saw the picture someone posted on a Facebook site of CD all bloodied and battered and it's not the one with the short hair and glasses that has been out there he's in camo and it says he was jumped. People are saying it looks staged and nobody saying the date but it's really disturbing.

It definitely happened and if you look up what that definition is I put after you will see marijuana as being one of the reasons that people or guys especially I should say would have this happen. He couldn't understand why one breast was getting bigger and saw a specialist and believe me it's quite common

I think CD killed JP because he wanted to kill. And he liked it..so he wanted to do it again. He probably told SK who didn't believe him so SK decided to be there and call CD out on it and show him how it's done. Then two more guys called up....and now we are here.

They are also caused by some anti-depressants used by children (as well documented in studies of Risperdal), which is probably more likely.
