since the legal age in PA is 21 to consume , I guess the establishment my daughter works at is over protective,lol... crazy that you can serve it but not drink it, thanks for the insight

You're welcome. I had to look it up. In MO the law is the same because my 18yo works at a restaurant and can take the alcohol to the table. He is not allowed to pour it into a glass though. Bottles are opened at the bar and draft is poured but he can take it to the customer. Traveling last summer on vacation into PA I was amazed at the weird alcohol selling laws in PA (or maybe MO is very lax). Hubby likes microbrew from places we travel and he was shocked you couldn't buy it at the gas station or most stores.

While I do think the victims were lured to their deaths on the promises of obtaining marijuana, I don't know if I believe CD had any. I do think the first victim was a robbery/thrill kill combination. I think CD enjoyed murdering him and he then wanted to do it again, and again and again. He wouldn't have stopped at four victims. Yes, I do believe I would consider him a serial killer that got caught early.

I could care less if these four men were there to buy marijuana... actually, it could have been any drug, even pills, cocaine, etc... they didn't deserve to be brutally murdered/executed.

Casinos prohibited in Pennsylvania

http://statelaws.findlaw.com/pennsylvania-law/pennsylvania-gambling-laws.html

New York previously allowed casinos only on indian reservations and currently have 5 of those but they are in up-state New York. As of 2013, they have approved 7 "Las Vegas Style" casinos. No idea if those are open yet!

New Jersey: Obviously yes. Not sure how close Atlantic City is to Philly. Maybe a local can chime in.

Delaware: Yes.

Maryland: No. Slot Machines only in certain counties.

This is not true. I live in philadelphia. We have multiple casinos. Valley Forge has a casino, Chester has a Harrahs, Philadelphia has SugarHouse.

A couple questions if anyone can answer:

Any indication CD was into gambling, and if so, where would the closest casinos be?

Also any indications as to if and when CD ever traveled out of town or State? Tia.

I'm still catching up, but there's a casino right in Bensalem called Parx Casino. It's no more than 5 minutes from his house.

In many states weed is legal and you can buy it at a store. Even highly successful professionals take part in it just like having a glass of wine after work. I feel like you are lumping it in with hardcore drugs like meth and heroin and that isn't fair to paint these boys in that light because they smoked some weed.

Thank you. I feel the same way.

SK was recently shot 6 times ...Could have been a lethal event, but he survived.
I'm curious to know the circumstances of that incident...attempted murder?..Drug deal gone bad ?
Allegedly happened in Philly.
Sounds like 'Gangsta-wanna-be' SK met up with a real gangsta and things went south.

You'd think he'd understand the terror of that experience.

Impossible to keep up dang! I was at Stanford all day w my trouble child getting a cancer follow up (still in remission, praise the lord!)

I just finished the last thread. They pled NG after all eh? No surprise there. This will be a spectacle.

Where SK is from isn't a suburb area like bensalem and even parts of bensalem are rough. If SK went to public school, he truly could have gotten in the wrong crowd. I wouldn't necessarily him as wanna be.. cosmo, def a wannabe

On the map, where did you get "DiNardo family farm, address 2" location from?
I am a local and believe this is incorrect but I may be misunderstanding what you are trying to locate

It's strange LE was not able to find Jimi's body without being told by CD. I know it's a big property, but over the course of three or four days, I'm sure the dogs would have covered every inch. I wonder how the dogs found the three bodies in the tank 12 feet buried, it not JP buried 6ft under. Also, I'd think regular police K-9's would have been used to find scents of the boys, which should have clued cops into where on the property the boys were.
It does seem a bit strange. Maybe it's possible that the dogs picked up the scent on the surface of the area where the bodies were laying prior to being buried in the 12 foot grave.

From the beginning I've wonder if CD is a thrill killer. No reason just likes to do it. Thank God he will stay behind bars.

That's great! I hope it remains in remission.

They pled NG at their arraignments which is highly typical of all criminal cases even if they plan to plea guilty in the future. There is still plenty of time for them to change their plea when more information comes out.

CD stated in his confession that he was attempting to sell several pounds of weed.
If this is accurate, did LE recover any of it as evidence ?
Do they know who supplied him with this amount ?

I thought SK was from Upper Dublin. Please correct me if I am wrong about that.

Very early on didn't the DA state that they were aware of the connection between the 4? Can someone clarify what the connection they believe it to be? Prior to the arrests they had to have information to arrive at this conclusion.
