BBM, respectfully, but where does it state that the gun charge doesn't involve the missing men? Is it the first link? I see it says "although authorities did not call him a suspect in the feared foul play."

Bachelor #5 killed Bachelor #1 and the others witnessed it on the fifth and were lured out on the seventh to 'talk' because they were not going to remain silent. They were shot in the gravel pit. This is what I think we are looking at here.

Or they are witnesses in a huge case and have gone into federal protection with new identities. I could only hope. I think they were all murdered and it is so sad and horrifying.

Rolling my eyes at the already established insanity defense.
May go down the drain if others are involved. Can't imagine anything assumed could be a one person deal. IMO

Looks like a duck, quacks like a duck. It's a duck.

I would think, though, if they witnessed bachelor #5 killing Bachelor #1, they wouldn't be lured out by #5..I would think they steer clear of #5 at all costs..so maybe there could be a Bachelor #6 that did the luring and participated in whatever followed...just thinking out loud.

Admittedly, I'm not sure if this violates "source" TOS

Glad you posted that, it pretty much explains everything we know up to this point. We have a guy that has been deemed mentally ill, isn't supposed to have weapons due to it, and we have four young men that have completely vanished on his property. Chances are good the police already know that all of these guys knew each other, even if just by casual association. This is probably going to end up exactly like it appears it's going to.

Well, they all left home at about the same time, so it seems like there was going to be a meet up somewhere. Maybe they were going to keep quiet but #5 didn't trust them. Maybe they were all inter-related through the drug scene and the first murder happened during the course of a deal or over a debt or just paranoia that he was being turned in by #1 for something. Drugs and mental illness do not mix well. It makes for some really horrible plans.

I think the citizens are safe, there is no crazed murderer on the loose.

Does anyone know if LE is continuing the search of the farm throughout the night?

I had my son 302 because of drugs and harming himself. It was caused by the drugs, he didn't have a mental illness but I agree they don't mix well....
