Ive only ever know "bail posted" to mean bail paid. =\ Hope not though

EGADS! There are other people missing, and this seems to be the work by the same person. Someone who likes to burn bodies. Know anyone who likes to smoke their kill?

I believe feds were working on a bigger case. Just my belief i could be 1000% wrong

In my opinion... how could we even begin to speculate. The brain is endlessly complex and human behavior complicates it even more. Psychopathy could be the result of many things... in fact, no one's really sure!

And yeah! There is a LOT still missing.

I agree. He'd have to be a criminal mastermind to pull this off. While I def. believe he played a part, I seriously don't think he could have possibly made 4 young, healthy strong men disappear without a trace. However, I do believe that had that felony gun charge been upheld initially, things would be very different. As another said, this took a good amount of planning, and organization. I don't think the parents have anything to do with it either. I feel so bad for all the parents & families, including the DiNardo family.

Nooo, I can't even. Who would just throw away 5 million dollars like that? Since they held onto that evidence for another charge, wouldn't the parents figure they probably had more tricks up their sleeves????

No this is the original bail. Notice Bail Set on 07/10
 
The document says he is still incarcerated. And it's on the docket from the weapons charge. The docket for the new charge doesn't appear to be uploaded yet. Let's keep our fingers crossed that it's an error.
