There are two ways to gain access to her apartment. One via the first floor and the other, via steps to the second floor:

When she returned home in the afternoon, the neighbor said, she noticed the police tape in front of Stouffer's first-floor door and steps leading to a second-floor entrance.

Stouffer said they are trying to develop a list of places where they know she is not so police can focus their efforts on other clues.

IMO, she's not in the immediate area, and LE knew/knows that...Hence, K-9 going into apartment tonight, but not on ground search.

was there for 37 min

Second call @ 4:12 AM
was there for 24 min

I missed it earlier on JVM, but I believe JVM stated the 2 calls into LE were from 2 different individuals, but I'm unsure.

Anyone else catch what she said?

Mom: told called for noise disturbance; talked to K and the neighbors and told to go back to apts and leave ea other alone

JVM: second call about banging and stomping coming frm her apt

Le had talked to her and neighbors and they were told to leave each other alone

2nd time LE visit, lights off , nothing going on

was a man staying there Kortne thought he was a friend of hers, he said there was no argument

there was an argument with neighbors

male friend stayed, they went to bed after cops left 2nd time

Mom: K thought was friend of hers
Mom: ...he said there was NO Argument
Dad:...no, no...there was no argument between him & daughter (he claims), but tween daughter and neighbor
Dad: he stayed t night there; they went to bed at about 4:20 and she wasn't there when he woke up that morning at 7:30

BF(?) saying she was not there when he woke up? That they went to bed about 4am or after. Did anyone hear this? Are they talking about the BF or some other male?

LE did not make contact the 2nd time
Have video of the male texting K from a story that morning, saying he left and did not see her

Door was unlocked when Mom went there Monday AM, dog came to door, car was there...

Her BF was not around that night, he lives there but was not there that night, has a strong alibi. Another male was there.
