Interesting that Milt Sr. feels the need to educate the reporter on behavioral changes (eating and smoking) being the main reliable indicators as to whether his son and friend had committed kidnapping or murder. I suppose he would know.

Am on my phone - Jr didn't speak?

Wow! So if we follow logic (which never seems to apply in these cases!) you would think that CP was at MR's house and they picked up KS to go to the bars - in MR's Acura. That makes more sense now, I had no idea MR lived near KS.

Ugh! I wish we could see the police report or hear from the downstairs neighbor as to who was with KS at the apartment that night, if it was just CP or both CP & MR!

I was feeling hopeful before, but now not so much.

Theoretically speaking, on the issue of owning racehorses, one could own a horse or two that they provide full care of. They could groom, train, and exercise the horses themselves, only paying a trainer 5% of the horse's winnings to be allowed to use the trainer's name. They would therefore be only responsible for feed and bedding. They could use a family member's name to run the horses under if they committed a doping offense, which led the stewards to ban them from owning racehorses. They could get lucky with one horse, who could earn them 80,000-100,000 in a single year, before blowing it on other lesser horses and a partying lifestyle. This could, of course, result in having no horses, no job, no source of income, and living at home with their parents.

MR is living and carrying on like life is dandy. Already looking for friends I hang out with tonight. I'm watching him. :-)

JO - thank you from all the sleuthers here for taking the flowers out there.....it is a truly heartwarming gesture to include us....

I figured we wouldn't know either way at this point...just wanted to confirm.

Curious as to why the new warrant is sealed as well. You would think that if the search warrants turned up nothing, they would state that. Now that the names of these guys are public, at least state that the car and house were clean...if in fact they were clean.

Also, how do you obtain a search warrant for a car (with the reason being unlawful restraint) driven by CP (owned by MR) and make it clear that neither of these guys are even POI's. If they aren't of interest, why search their house, car, etc for unlawful restraint? I know it means nothing because we all know that they are at least POI's IMO. The only downside really is that we still can't use their names until they're officially suspects or POI's.

If Kortne was in the car, they could search it, I'd think. Not sure about the house. They must have info.

Welcome, Andrea! We're glad you're here.
:rocker:

The last word was no sleuthing of anyone that has NOT been named a Person Of Interest or a Suspect.

I highly suggest not going there until a Moderator advises us differently.

Wondering if CP claims that he went to MRs before or after the "convenient" convenience store. Not that it really matters, just curious with this new tidbit of info about swinging by MRs place. :fence:

I understand and will comply. However, when was the last time you followed a case where LE named persons of interest or suspects? It just does not happen anymore!

Andrea,

I just wanted to say Welcome and Thank you.. I know it's confusing around here. I am still learning my way too.

I totally understand, but I sure as heck don't want to be sleuthed because I was a neighbor who called 911 because my neighbors dogs were barking and that person went missing.

What is wonderful about WS, things change as more information comes out, so everyone please be patient. I would hate to see a thread closed down. :(

:seeya:

I am not familiar with this case. However, I will say that the mods don't read every post.

Sometimes we allow members to speculate that someone is involved without them being named in the MSM. Terri Horman in the Kyron Horman case is one example. LE is definitely taking a look at her and she hasn't been named. Some LE departments don't ever name a POI as that is their policy.

The person(s) you guys want to discuss - does it appear that LE is taking a hard look at them? Has LE released information to cause you guys to feel that way?

Thanks Patty G for this post.

If what Patty G lined out here is the case, no we won't allow you guys to sleuth this person other than when it comes to the time the dogs were barking and that sort of thing.

Kimster,

LE is taking a hard look at them. They have interrogated them countless times and have executed search warrants. This has been reported several times in the media. Does that give us permission to discuss them?

Edited to add: Almost no one is trying to "sleuth" the neighbor, because not very much information has been released on him/her/them. We are trying to "sleuth" the obvious suspects in this case, whose names have been posted in the media, and who police are obviously very suspicious of. I believe this should allow us to discuss them.

The media released this article today: http://www.whptv.com/news/local/sto...-people-to-see-go/bAX_BcURmEiXYJ72b7K8LA.cspx

Read this MSM article. They are certainly taking these folks as serious POIs without naming them as such. IMHO, of course.

Let me take a few minutes to review the MSM links in this thread. If you have some you'd specifically like me to look at, please post them. :tyou:
