I'd like to think that the media would have obtained whatever reports were available by now, so maybe nothing is available. Hope I am not giving the media too much credit.
From my reading of it, none of it's available in PA, unless LE voluntarily wants to release it despite the fact that the law says the public may be denied access. My guess is, the media knows from past experience that LE won't release it and therefore arent pushing hard.
Do you mean this quote, clu? If so, the LE representative was truthful. It's police blotter info, and not subject to the exception clause. In other words, it's disclosable under a FOIA request. The odd thing is that the police chief or a spokesperson is the one who first mentioned getting the police logs via FOIA in an article a month or more ago. Can't find the link just now, but it struck me as odd, almost as though he was telling the media to ask for them ,or challenging them in some way.

Wait, it is in this link.
http://www.ldnews.com/announcements/ci_21266936/palmyra-police-among-last-see-stouffer...a police representative said there was no record of a citation or arrest made at Stouffer's apartment at that time. The same representative said a Freedom of Information Act request would be required in writing to acquire the borough's dispatch log information.

Is it expensive to hire a tracking dog?
Is it too late to use a dog in Kortne's case?
I know that LE used a dog(s) but we never received what the findings were (I don't even think her parents mentioned the outcome)....
So what does this leave us with?
Was she carried out?
Did she walk out and get in a car?
I didn't want Kortne's case to go cold....
As of tonight, 10/2/2012, the crime scene tape remains up at Kortne's apartment. I don't even know what to say anymore.
