Tuesday, July 6th:
*Trial set to begin (@ 1:30pm ET) - PA – Nichole Pumphrey (31), her daughter, Ameriah Emery (10) & Lawrence Cannon (31) possibly BF (Oct. 16, 2018, New Castle) – for *Anthony Lavon “Mook” Cooper, Jr. (19/now 22) arrested (10/29/18), charged (10/19/18) & arraigned (11/13/18) with 3 counts of criminal homicide, 3 counts of criminal conspiracy, 1 count of attempted murder & 1 count of carrying firearms without a license. Plead not guilty. Bail denied.
Trial set to begin on 7/6/21.

3/8/21 Update: Trial has been continued. Set to begin on 5/3/21. 5/3/21 Update: Trial has been continued, reset to 7/6/21.
*Steven Procopio (19/now 20) – Next omnibus pretrial motions hearing on 7/8/21. Trial set to begin on 8/9/21.
*Jody Lynn Hammer - 4/1/19: All charges are dismissed.
 
@Lorenathered - just wondering if you are still seeing the trial on 7/6 & maybe 7/7?

As of right now they are both still on the schedule. It is currently 12:30pm here and they like to cancel last minute and not update to docket. I will check on it a bit later and see if I can get any info.

Thank you for taking the time to do this! :) I ask because this trial has been cancelled so many times before!
 
Not a problem at all. Anytime I can help just tag me. I have a feeling it was cancelled today as well but I will check it in a bit and see.

As of now it still hasn't been updated and still listed as scheduled. Things here in PA are sadly slow. I will keep checking and update when there are changes.

edited to add: Just noticed that Cooper's trial date is now the same as Procopio's.
 
Yes you almost have to wonder why they didn't just set them on the same day in the first place instead of rescheduling them 5 times. Procopio is still on the schedule for 7/8 but likely won't see a change to that until the next morning again. I will check in anyway tomorrow anyway though cause you just never know...lol.
 
Thursday, July 8th:

Plead not guilty. Bail denied.
Trial was set to begin on 9/8/20-continued to 12/7/20 & has been continued to 3/8/21 & continued to 8/9/21.

11/5/20 Update: Motion for trial continuance-granted. Next Omnibus pretrial motions hearing on 2/23/21 & trial now will begin on 3/8/21.
2/23/21 Update: Motion for trial continuance-granted. Next Omnibus pretrial motions hearing on 7/8/21 & trial now set to begin on 8/9/21.

It still says scheduled but we shall see. There likely won't be an update until tomorrow but I will keep checking just in case they do update it sooner.
