*Trial set to begin (@ 1:30pm ET) - PA – Nichole Pumphrey (31), her daughter, Ameriah Emery (10) & Lawrence Cannon (31) possibly BF (Oct. 16, 2018, New Castle) – for *Anthony Lavon “Mook” Cooper, Jr. (19/now 22) arrested (10/29/18), charged (10/19/18) & arraigned (11/13/18) with 3 counts of criminal homicide, 3 counts of criminal conspiracy, 1 count of attempted murder & 1 count of carrying firearms without a license. Plead not guilty. Bail denied.
Trial was set to begin on 10/4/21 continued to 11/1/21.

Accused shooter pleads guilty in triple homicide case

the only thing I can see is:

2018, on the city's West Side that resulted in the deaths of Nichole Pumphrey and Lawrence Cannon, both 31, and 10-year-old Amariah Emery.

and an alert on Procopio...

Cooper was arrested for killing the couple, and 22-year-old Steven Procopio, formerly of Pulaski Township, is accused as the child's reported ...

So guessing he plead guilty? or Cooper?

Tuesday, January 18th:
*Plea Hearing (@ 9:30am ET) - PA – Nichole Pumphrey (31), her daughter, Ameriah Emery (10) & Lawrence Cannon (31) possibly BF (Oct. 16, 2018, New Castle) – for *Anthony Lavon “Mook” Cooper, Jr. (19/now 22) arrested (10/29/18), charged (10/19/18) & arraigned (11/13/18) with 3 counts of criminal homicide, 3 counts of criminal conspiracy, 1 count of attempted murder & 1 count of carrying firearms without a license. Plead not guilty. Bail denied.
Trial was set to begin on 11/18/21 continued to 1/18/22 & continued to 3/7/22 was cancelled as Cooper plead guilty on 1/18/22 & sentencing to 15 to 30 years in prison.

11/1/21 Monday, Judicial Call Day 1: Could be jury selection. Trial is set begin on 11/15/21. 11/5/21 Update: Trial has been rescheduled. Next Judicial Call of Trial hearing on 1/3/22 @ 1:30pm & trial set to begin on 1/18/22 @ 9am. The Judicial call of trial was rescheduled to 3/7/22. Next omnibus pretrial motions hearing on 2/9/22.
1/18/22 Update: Anthony Cooper, was to have stood trial this week, but as potential jury members arrived for court early Tuesday, Cooper agreed to an offer from the Lawrence County DA’s office. He plead guilty to 2 counts of third-degree murder. A third murder charge was dismissed as a result of the plea bargain. President Judge Dominick Motto, after hearing impact statements from Williams & two of Pumphrey’s family members, sentenced Cooper to 15 to 30 years in a state correctional institution. Part of the plea agreement is that Cooper must cooperate with the commonwealth, according to DA Joshua Lamancusa, who prosecuted the case. Procopio remains in the Lawrence County jail without bond, awaiting trial, which Lamancusa anticipates will be in the fall. Meanwhile, an evidentiary hearing is scheduled in court for 9:30am on 2/9/22. “The commonwealth is not willing to offer immunity or to broker a (plea) deal with Steven Procopio, because of his alleged involvement with the killing of a 10-year-old child,” Lamancusa said.
