Not necessarily...the classic movement disorder related to antipsychotics is tardive dyskinesia, which is jerky movements usually of the neck and tongue, and comes after long term use of the meds. It can also come from medication withdrawal, and similar movements can be seen as an acute side effect...so this was a long answer to your question, but basically the symptoms can be seen with any dose in some people.
I don't know if she's on any antipsychotics, but that could explain the jerking. It would also indicate to me that her psychiatric problems are above and beyond your average depression and anxiety
Paris is out in public (with photogs following her) a lot. If this was the problem, looks like a photog would have caught it before now.
