Defendant has a crazy look in her eyes. Either she's faking it (Oh I'm crazy), she's about to snap or she's medicated.

(long drink of Jack Daniels)

Share that will you?

Boy CFJA is really giving a lot of stare downs to the jury. I mean real nasty glares.

I'm finding JW's constant writing really annoying. Extremely so. It seems so disrespectful. I can understand notes here and there - but constant? Sheesh.

Is this decision supposed to be made of guilting the jurors or are they supposed to look at the mitigating and aggravating factors?

Wasn't he just yapping about how important the law was during yesterday's process?

NM.. let him send her to the 'row.

Judge reports (verbatim) to the jury the following mitigating circumstances proposed

1. Defendant was 27 years old at the time of the offense
2. Defendant has no prior criminal history
3. Defendant was a good friend
4. Defendant lacked support from her family
5. Defendant suffered abuse and neglect as a child and as an adult
6. Defendant tried to make the best of her life
7. Defendant consistently tried to improve herself
8. Defendant is a talented artist

They are not limited to these mitigating factors...

Her attorneys were correct, she has no mitigating factors.

Jurors will learn more about #JodiArias as a person so they can decide "whose life their terminating or not."
