I guess he is guilty.
Until now, I honestly thought he had not intended to kill Natalee. That he just wanted her to be one of his conquests, and had sex with her even though she was quite intoxicated, maybe even when she was unconscious, and she died of alcohol or drugs -- and maybe HE dosed her with the drugs, maybe without her knowledge. Then he panicked and got Judge Daddy to help get rid of her body so he wouldn't be caught for either rape (sex with someone unable to consent) or killing her with the drugs (still not murder one).
This is different: a violent stabbing. It makes me think that he might have murdered Natalee in a more intentional way as well.
He is picking high profile girls. Pretty stupid for a serial killer. Or are these his two mistakes, and there are many missing unwanted girls, prostitutes, etc. all over the planet??
Thanks Ghostface -- just checked the link you posted.

It appears to be his real Twitter account. Not used much....but the previous tweets seem authentic. Did you notice where his location is? "Where you can't find me." I wonder if any news outlet has this yet? If someone has the Twitter name for a reporter I'll rt it. It's being retweeted already.
Just tried to look at Joran's twitter page (if it is him) and it says "Twitter is over capacity".
Always,
The location is on the right side of the screen, directly under his name.
