OMG now that I am over the surprise of seeing a video of her - I can't get over the gum chomping! Who stages a video of themselves looking this bad? I watched it twice to try to see what everyone else sees about her knowing she is being watched and filmed - but uh uh - do not see it at all - she is like someone who is "used" to being watched - but there is nothing at all cutsie about those shots - they are very "duh" looking. And that bucket! That girl needs to put the frapps down and start with the lunges!

I am not exactly sure why people think it is staged. It is less complicated to assume that what everyone predicted would happen, did happen. It is less complicated to see it as paparrazi finally found her. What took them so long? TMZ was questioning the Columbus PD on how they would handle KC back on July 17th, as sleutherontheside posted last night http://www.tmz.com/2011/07/17/casey...lice-protection-threats-special-duty-program/ That probably tipped off the paps waiting for their big payday.

Since we don't know how KC appears when not aware of cameras, how can we know that this is not just her normal walking behavior? Certainly, she must be a bit paranoid and I think that might show a bit here.

I think time and boredom stirred her to have a bit more confidence to go out walking every day.

If she has a body guard or entourage as some seem to think [not me] she might think she is less recognizable without a body guard or entourage, and frankly to think she has such things I would have to wonder who is paying for not only her upkeep, but staff upkeep as well? Nothing JB has stated has led me to believe that the DT would be providing bodyguards and staff for her for.. I think it is possible that the DT is going as far as getting her to the safer parts of the country and putting her up until the payday interview, and then she's on her own.

Plus if you were hiding out wouldn't try to stay away from the store front? It amazes me that in the blowup picture Sleuther posted you can see the white van. You can also see something white parked there in the video. It was already parked when she walked down the sidewalk and into Old Navy. How did they know that was where she was going? You can't tell me she did not notice the van walking down the street and then not notice the van sitting in front of Old Navy. How did they follow her.....she was walking? There was no traffic on the side street and very little at the store. They just happened to pick the right store??? Serious questions about these pictures. And no pictures of her coming and going from her residence. Sounds staged to me. "You can take pictures but not where I am until I get out of town." kind of thing. Just too coinky-dink to be real. Also in the video after she walked by those people, she instinctively pulled her hair around from her neck to her facial area. I think that is "protective" she was feeling insecure passing the Mom with her children. jmo

I don't think the person is in a van or suv unless they are laying down with the door open filming. I think the person is to our viewing left of the windows of the store and lower than SUV level.

The pics with the black shirt looks more like her. She even looks smaller in size, the others, I don't think so..jmo.

Ok, white and black tops make her appear smaller and the gray one, well, made her look even heavier because of the color (which doesn't flatter to begin with) and the fact that it looked like it was two sizes too small.

And her thighs and probably her butt too are definately bigger. When she walked out of jail, her thighs weren't as close.

Black does make you look thinner as well as gray makes you look older. It's just a color persception thingy.

I guess I'm just way too cynical after all I've seen in this case to think she was just out there innocently and the paps happened to find her. Baez was telling everyone that they were going to take first pictures of her and sell them. I don't see why it's out there that this wasn't staged. I do admit that her fear could be real, but she needs lots of money like yesterday. She might have been scared to do it, but her need for money overrode her fear to me at least.

What do you make of this? She's walking down a street and the parked cars are facing the same direction she is walking. At end of the video we see her making a quick left to cross the street. See my pic below where she's turned to cross street.
We can see that the cars are parked in the same direction she was walking on her side of the street.

The still pic to the right above shows a car with lights on as Kamille pointed out. However, the car seems parked the wrong way, the opposite way of the cars she walks by in the video. It also seems that in the video the street is full of parked cars, but in the sunglasses' reflection of the still there is only one car? :waitasec:

This may mean the stills are not the same footage as the video. But if it is the same stills as the video footage, and I was walking incognito and saw a car ahead, lights on, engine running AND parked the wrong direction, I too would quickly cross the street.
I don't know, but the difference in the pics is curious. Thoughts?

I have been waiting for Baez to come forth and deny the photos and video of Casey as well as the story that Splash paid Casey and TMZ bought the video and photos from Splash. Baez normally jumps out in front to deny "mis-truths" as with the airport incident, however, Baez has remained very silent.

It's because we are so damned suspicious of everything the Anthony family does and the Defense team. I was just reading on either CNN or wftv that the flight she was on from Orlando was owned/paid for by her dealership owning family relatives in Ohio - now that news to me.

I'd believe these were staged by the defense IF there had been huge denials from them and poo pooing, scoffing that it was even her - but what have we gotten? Nada - not a peep that I have heard. All I hear from them is Baez trying to be a "big time" guy on the Today Show saying her life is in peril in Orlando.

Baez was more believable when he was being his normal obnoxious self.

What I want to know is why he isn't in the thick of "FKC things" anymore - what's with the distance Jose? And here's a hint re your new career attempts - your genteel attempts aren't giving you any "cred" - we already "know" ya!

Well, I agree that this was staged and shopped by FCA and Co. All I know is she and JB have tried like heck to sell photos taken by her, of her, etc. And low and behold, here are some pics of her.

I believe she is parroting paparazzi shots seen on TMZ. I don't think paparazzi stalked her in where ever, OHio. FCA and Co. took the video and stills, shopped them to a wannabe TMZ site, who sold them to TMZ.

Okay, I am confused by what I have bold. Your post included a still from the video of a car passing by in the parking lot.

I agree that the camera is in the parking lot [possibly in another car], and this car in your pic is passing between the store and the camera.
You are saying that because of the height of the shot on this passing by car, the camera must be in a fairly low position in the parking lot?

That's a good question. I think he was more in it when it was fight for her life and she was OC's problem. Now that she's the DT's problem alone, maybe it's too big of a burden, and he has to put some distance between himself and her. It's like it's not worth it to lie and obfuscate anymore because there's no one to really impress or get anything out of anymore except selling pictures for money. I'm surprised he's stuck with her this long. You'd think he'd want to take on more cases and get away from her, let another lawyer handle her appeals, but he hasn't done that. :waitasec:

Just watched that and she didn't even travel two house lengths before she was crossing back over the street again. So who crosses the street walks 4 or 5 car lengths and then cross back over the street. Hummmm, maybe a person selling their strut to splash for cash to go to a bar and flash? LOL

She also crossed the street without looking to see if traffic was coming from behind her. She was a runner, looking for traffic would be natural for her to do unless she knew there would be no traffic. You can also see the distinctive white van in her glasses walking down the street. So three different shirts, pictures taken in different locations, three different times and she never notices this van.

Even if someone were to approach her in Old Navy she is such a good liar she would convince them it was not her. She knows she is capable of doing that so I don't see her having a problem notifying someone to get pictures of her.

She has not learned her lesson and probably never will, she'll just get caught again. jmo

That's the other thing that bothers me. Why have no employees from Starbucks or Old Navy come forward and talked about this? Even if they didn't know it was her, surely after seeing these pictures they might think it was her and want to talk? No one has said anything, and there only pictures and videos of her. Very odd.
