Y'all could be right. I'm not trying to be argumentative. I guess I'm just way too cynical after all I've seen in this case to think she was just out there innocently and the paps happened to find her. Baez was telling everyone that they were going to take first pictures of her and sell them. I don't see why it's out there that this wasn't staged. I do admit that her fear could be real, but she needs lots of money like yesterday. She might have been scared to do it, but her need for money overrode her fear to me at least.

I personally think it's staged because that's exactly how it looks to me in the pics. I've seen pics on TMZ before from celebs who are really trying to 'hide' and this looks nothing like them. Everything is so casual, as if she's just another person walking down the street. This is a person that was confined for 3 years and up until now hasn't had a face seen anywhere. It's a little too convienient to me.

Add to that a number of people, including DOC who have acknowledged that FCA knew about the pics and there you go.

I agree that the camera is in the parking lot [possibly in another car], and this car in your pic is passing between the store and the camera.
You are saying that because of the height of the shot on this passing by car, the camera must be in a fairly low position in the parking lot?

I think they are not accounting for the space between the cars. As you get further away from an object you can see more of it. The closer you are the less you see. So this car could have been about 10 foot away. lol

Well then-it's obvious that it's to their (KC and her team) benefit to keep enquiring minds questioning and looking for more!! I wonder who had the brainstorm to leak pictures and video to try to rehab her image alittle at a time to sell to the public so that there might be a big payday sometime down the road? Do you notice the second car in this pic above, just happens to be a police car? See the light bar on top? It is a low profile light bar but it is there.

Just watched that and she didn't even travel two house lengths before she was crossing back over the street again. So who crosses the street walks 4 or 5 car lengths and then cross back over the street. Hummmm, maybe a person selling their strut to splash for cash to go to a bar and flash? LOL

Watched it again - film is spliced so who knows. This is definitely staged, IMHO.

Well if this is staged, I'd hate to see how bad she looks when it isn't! Guess if it was she didn't get to approve the shots first....:loser:

I have not been on in awhile, but I saw the pics on TMZ and doubted it was really KC. Then I saw this video on Huffington Post, and when I watched the walk, I had no doubt. That is her walk for sure, and all her mannerisms. guess you all saw the video already, but here it is again, I just found it this a.m.:

None of them look like the vehicle in the video. Are we sure that is not a rack on the top of that parked SUV? What model is it? It looks luxary to me, do police officers drive luxary SUV's?

This is my first ever post on WS, although I have been a reader for several years. I am the person who posted a comment on the TMZ site about KC being at the Lennox Town Center and that she has been staying at the Varsity Inn.

I am a former resident of the the Columbus, Ohio area and my son still lives there. He was moving to a new apartment and had to stay at a hotel for a few days until the first of the month when he could move into his new apartment. He called me Sunday evening and said he had been staying at the Varsity Inn and would be checking out Monday morning. He told me that he had been seeing a young woman coming and going from the hotel a lot over the weekend, always walking and always alone, and that she looked a lot like KC but he couldn't be sure. He said he couldn't get a good look at her because she always was wearing a hat and glasses and he didn't want to just run up to her and "get in her face" for a good look, but he was pretty certain it was her. She stayed in a room 2 doors down from his room and he saw her coming and going a lot over the weekend and even had a brief almost face-to-face encounter with her Sunday morning as he left a Bob Evans restaurant next to the hotel after breakfast and this young woman came in the door and walked past him as he was at the cashier counter paying his bill.

He noticed her at the hotel walking around the parking lot and coming and going from her room a lot and said he at first was just checking her out because she had "great *advertiser censored*". (My son is 25 and well, he's a guy.) When he finally got around to checking out her face, he said the first thing that hit him was that he was looking at Casey Anthony, in person. At that point, he said the *advertiser censored* lost all of their appeal. Even 25-year-old hormone-driven young men aren't interested in a great set of *advertiser censored* if part of the package is that they're attached to Casey Anthony.

Old Navy, The Varsity Inn, Starbuck's, Bob Evan's...when will the employees realize that they waited on her or that she was in their businesses?

I doubt some of these companies would appreciate being associated with her.

That is my very old eyes perception. When the red car and other cars pass the camera angle seems to fit with that level or the level of a person sitting in a lawn chair! Not elevated, like in an SUV or VAN, IMHO.

Here is something else interesting - who terrified by threats doesn't look when crossing a street? Especially when it appears the filmer is standing there or in a car heading right toward them............. my answer, someone who knows they are being filmed and has been told just act natural. (first mistake - there is nothing natural, IMHO.)

Note lightpole seems to be same style as the outdoor strip mall.

I doubt some of these companies would appreciate being associated with her.

While true, they are not going to bar her from entering the store or buying anything. Wouldn't that be some form of discrimination?

Besides, at the end of the day these are all businesses and unless she steals something in there, she's not breaking to law from being in there.

That's the other thing that bothers me. Why have no employees from Starbucks or Old Navy come forward and talked about this? Even if they didn't know it was her, surely after seeing these pictures they might think it was her and want to talk? No one has said anything, and there only pictures and videos of her. Very odd.

I'm guessing someone else bought that "prop" for her to use in the photo shoot. JMO.

Everybody but me thinks it was staged Intermezzo - I think it's just her usual bright sparky self duh walking down the street, watching out for boogy men behind every bush.

After all, she has a DT telling her constantly that her life is in "peril".

That doesn't look like a police car to me. It looks like a roof rack ...not lights as well.

You need to come to where I live - a very busy high traffic area and people step off the street and jaywalk whenever they please - not looking right or left - it amazes me constantly....

She also crossed the street without looking to see if traffic was coming from behind her. She was a runner, looking for traffic would be natural for her to do unless she knew there would be no traffic. You can also see the distinctive white van in her glasses walking down the street. So three different shirts, pictures taken in different locations, three different times and she never notices this van.

Even if someone were to approach her in Old Navy she is such a good liar she would convince them it was not her. She knows she is capable of doing that so I don't see her having a problem notifying someone to get pictures of her.

She has not learned her lesson and probably never will, she'll just get caught again. jmo

This is coming from Casey... a runner? :floorlaugh: We've all seen her losing her flip flops running into Jose's office, tripping in court and in that elevator surveillance cam. Since we've heard this, I have wanted to see proof. Wasn't Nicole G. a jogger?

Probably just another lie to shut Cindy up while making herself look good in the process when she wanted out of the house away from her mother and daughter for a while.
