PI's following out of state lead on Picture of Caylee.

It is very telling that LE wasn't notified first by the person who claims to have such a photo. It says the person could be doing this for money or his 15 minutes. Everyone who has contacted the A fam instead of LE so far have proven themselves to be nothing more than scam artists and people wanting to insert themselves in the case for whatever reason...none of which have been credible tho. If a person refuses to go through LE or the FBI, it means something isn't on the up and up so it won't pass their smell test.

What really bothers me about this is KC has a long string of victims already in this tragedy she has previously implicated and uprooted their lives. Is this going to be another poor woman who has to prove her innocence like the previous ZG?

Totally agree. Also, if these so called "kidnappers" are suppose to be scary/shady people why would you risk Caylee's safety and not let the FBI do secret ops on this person? Why would you release this to the media?? This makes no sense at all. :bang:

Since this info came from Baez' spokesperson Todd B., I take it with a grain of salt. If it was anything worthwhile, LE would be involved.

I'd make a wager right now that none of us will ever see this supposed "picture". This will go the same route as all the other "credible" live sightings of Caylee that they claim they've gotten.

LE has not released everything from Casey, imo. They are the ones who stated she did tell them of the children's names, IIRC.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) -- Caylee Marie Anthony has been missing for 12 weeks now. On Tuesday her mother's legal teams says they could be one step closer to find the missing 3-year-old.

Private investigators working for her attorney Jose Baez are out of state following up on something they say is significant.

Jose Baez’s spokesperson Todd B tells fox 35 their investigators are out of state talking to a man and getting pictures of the ZG Casey says took caylee.

Black says the picture was taken at a park and has all involved parties in it: the woman they say is the ZFG, Casey and caylee. No information at this point when this picture was taken.
And Todd B says they have been trying to find the man who has the picture for weeks and they just located him and got in touch with him.


Any thoughts on this fellow sleuthers?

I think Casey can smell a camera from 50 yards, and would have pulled out her Mr Ed impersonation as soon as it was pointed in her general direction.

I understand a defendant's right to retain a PI, but I also KNOW for a fact the FBI has a child abduction unit and if it was credible would have agents in that guy's face within hours.

If they want to use a PI, more power to them, but that does not speak well of any of them when the FBI was not involved from the beginning.

To me it looks like just another SCAM.
