IMO, Gilbert refused to leave because he probably didn't pay her. And then Brewer grabbed her around the neck from behind and most likely whispered a threat or something. And she phoned 911.

I felt the same about not leaving because she was already in trouble with pak for 911 & not getting money. bet she felt safe that he wanted her gone. Usually they are paid up front, right? Could this be for the extra hour?

Why didn't Pak address the payment isn't that part of his job?

Other than him being the John who hired SG (who police have stated most likely was not murdered), there is nothing to suggest that he has anything to do with any of the murders.

The man is not a police suspect.

Let us all keep in mind that he comes from a family with deep pockets and a vast amount of resources. He could have immediately hired an attorney and hid behind his rights and not said one word to the police. They didn't even need to secure search warrants because he was so cooperative.

Nothing about JB suggests that he is anything other than a man who was caught hiring an escort.

Common sense to me imagining what went down with that and imagining the key word. Not even considering anything else just a situation where this would happen.

There are people at a house a prostitute works at late into the morning. She stays a long time and in the middle of this they run out of drugs and or condoms sex paraphernalia, with having her driver retrieve some for them they have to do it on their own. The prostitute and John run down to a well know Doctors home, they know he is up. The two come back from that to the home after a few minutes.

Things are getting way late, people are tired and possibly inebriated to the extreme at the end of this. One of the partiers make a remark or show the young girl something that she is unaware of. She freaks out and her driver or pimp is called in to remove her from the scene by someone. While this commotion is going on it dawns on her that the driver is part of something or even if not she cannot trust anyone at this point. What she realized was that bad. So she cannot go with her driver and makes a run for it. Upon finding a home and help she has to keep running because she is left outside while help is on the way.

She had already called 911 and knows that they are inefficient at the job and will not get to her for at least another hour. So she keeps running to get help or escape from the party house and all those involved. She runs into the marshy field to get away from the road after multiple failed attempts at true safety. What became of her after this I don't know.
After the fall out from that situation the powers that be from the party house try in vain to CYA and involve the doctor they went to that night by asking for his help with the underlying threat of we will expose you also.

all that is just of course a may have happened and nothing but possible fiction
Just thinking what in the world have happened that night and what makes any sense of it, idk. I cannot wait for more info such as the ME report.

To my knowledge, there are no news reports of Brewer's W Islip home being searched.

Let's also not forget that if Brewer is responsible for Gilbert's demise or the demise of the other 4 young women, that he had months & months (7 at least) to clean out his home & dispose of evidence. Police didn't even go to his home or talk to him the night Gilbert went missing.

I appreciate the logical point. Of course things changed when time lapsed. Thats how bodies were moved etc.
Now if JB had nothing to do with any of this .....someone must have said ....oh it's time to move bodies to different areas as not to be caught. That would not have magically happened along with the fact that JB played every scenerio to his benifit, that is not pure luck either, it is methodical which is very concerning. Putting Pak on the phone was the only logical thing that he could have done to take the heat off of himself called creating reasonable doubt.
Having SG go in his car in the beginning was another, because DNA could have been easily explained.

The security tapes not confiscated by le upon arrival, that is another methodical serious move by OB group.

If a girl ran around a gated community & several nieghbors called police. Where are the security tapes & I am sure they were viewed that is why they are gone. The security cameras are for a reason, not just to protect the serial killer.

I would be interested who was on the committee & picked this security system & exactly how many had access to it. That is an investagation in itself. Messing with evidence. Why would the Doc call & lie saying SG is in his rehab?????

Hello, I joined a little bit ago. I do not have the time to read to catch up on all these posts, just asking a question...has anyone thought that maybe this is a SMUT team. They murdered a young family to get the video equipment the father had for sale and when they were caught in another victim's car...they murdered that victim to get his car he was selling.....Leonard Lake took cyanide in the police station as he knew they were caught and everything would come out to the light. That's where I got the Smut movie theory from. I lived that case in SF in 85-87. Ng is still in jail.

The natural answer would be that he wore the glasses and hat to avoid detection from the media when pulling into oak beach, but then why stop and walk all the way over to the camera to talk, he could have simply kept walking....

I dont know if JB is the lisk, but of course hes acting weird hes a married man whos been exposed in the media as using prostitutes! We dont know what kind of freaky/kinky stuff hes into (group stuff etc), but I bet his wife wont be up for it. & no matter what they were up to that night, they all knew why they went there (im talking about sex,not the violence/murder if that happened) & thats their own personal choices.

I think it was a phone call or some other form of message: txt etc. She became scared while she was in the house, yet hid inside the house, called 911 from inside the house, and refused to leave the house, hence the threat is outside the house. She also started falling down staircases once she left JB's house which leads me to believe she may have been drugged.

On top of that we know one of the SK's favorite weapons is a phone. I believe his reliance on phones as a power tool tells us he is a non-confrontational attacker. Prank calling is a weapon of the weak and most commonly performed by children. In my opinion this "phone play" tells us our serial killer is one of the physically and psychologically weakest serial killers we have seen.

Joseph Brewer is a Long Island guy with some decent scratch in his bank account (or his families bank account). Speaking as a long islander one of the first things that pops into your mind whenever a questionable cirsumstance arises is "Can I be sued for this?" People on LI love to sue. Its how we pay our expensive taxes (LOL JK I Have never sued anyone). If Joseph Brewer admits to payig for sex publcly....doesnt that leave him wide open to a lawsuit by Shannons Mom? Or a civil trial atleast? Maybe the guy is trying to avoid that as well. He was probably advised by his families lawyers or accountants to clam up and not to admit having sex for money.

So what brings you to this person? the whole comment is vague in reference to POI. Well if you are not sure maybe keeping it to yourself will help as we want to figure out who the SK is & this threaD is about joesph Brewer. I don't think the SK is brilliant, I think he is a whimp & he drugs the girl because he is pathetic...easy target & cell phone pics & calling family lead me to believe he has very low self esteem, IMO.

Plus no one has come forfard naming any of the attendees....So that night it was just JB & I think thats all it is & the Doctor....so far. They have much circumstatial evidence on them & no one else is mention so creating a charactor that has to remain secret isn't of value.

I have suspicions of coconspirators......like 1 who visits with JB. I think is a person who aids & abbetts knowing the guilt & helping JB create illusions. I do not buy the boloney put out by people of Graduer. I think they grasp for straws to be involed imo. But remain on the outside looking in.
