OK guys, this is from Lee's transcript. He is describing to detectives what he and KC discussed on 7/15. Their mom was coming in and out of the room as LA was trying to get it out of KC where Caylee was.

" And when my sister said, "I don't know where, where Caylee is," again her voice escalates when my mom gets in the room, almost combatively, uhm, my sister, when she explains that to my mom, "I don't know where Caylee is," and then my mother immediately goes, "Who took her? Who took her?" And, and, and then Casey goes, uhm, "The nanny did. She was kidnapped, Mom."

I, too, recall, somewhere in that bedroom exchange, CA saying "what have you done?"

Same inference as your wording, so I'm probably not remembering the wording correctly.

When LP came up with his theory about using duct tape to stop leakage I knew that wasn't the reason it had been applied. Imo, when the body begins leaking from the mouth/nose, it is also leaking from every orifice and probably the skin is leaking too, or will when touched/pulled/lifted. That would mean fluids everywhere (like the carpet in the trunk). We don't know if there was duct tape over her eyes, ears, or lower body, or even exactly how the piece we know about was positioned. I highly doubt LE thinks it was to stop leakage. IMO it was placed before she died and hopefully already unconscious.

i was going to mention that perhaps she used the duct tape to cover her face? she didnt want to look at her face??

yes, this what I think based on what I've read about how CSI determines if the perp knew the victim. Usually murderers that know the victim turn them over so they cannot see the face...or cover it. I believe she use the tape to cover Caylee's face.

That's why I think the death process was begun with being knocked out with some drug and maybe chloroform on a cloth then something placed over the head to finish suffocation. I think Caylee finally died in the trunk sealed off with a container of chloroform filling the air. Casey also looked up inhalants. Since chloroform, duct tape, and a sealed off trunk was involved, I think Casey wanted to make sure there was a death.

I think along the same line....she may have drugged the baby to put her to sleep, taped her mouth in case she awoke, and locked her in the trunk of her car. Caylee could have suffocated or choked to death on her own secretions. If indeed the tape was wound around her entire head (as has been reported here on a post), I think the tape sealed off her nose as well as her mouth.....murder in the first degree.

There is that cooler again. It's always bothered me "from day one". Early on when the media was camped outside the A's house, GA put the cooler in his vehicle. When asked, GA said he was going to check out leads in Georgia, making it sound like he was going on a long trip. He was back just a few hours later. I always thought if the A's wanted to get something out of the house without detection, what a great way to do it.

I had not seen they removed dry wall. Have been in Europe almost a month so I havent read all threads. Where did anyone see this info. I would love to know more about what they took out of the house after they found the body.

I think she suffocated after being silenced with the tape. I really picture this happening on the 15th, after the fight, Casey and Caley locked in the bedroom and Tony not wanting to do whatever they were doing while they talked and texted for 6+ hours with Caylee in the background. I do not believe George saw them on the 16th, maybe Casey but I don't know that I believe even that.

I asked the same in a thread a few weeks ago, right after the remains were found. Someone said the drywall was ripped out of the house, and attributed it to CA telling someone about that, and that someone posted it on another message board somewhere. So it's rumor, not confirmed.

I think it was either used to stage a kidnapping, to keep her orifaces from leaking fluid after death (ohhh I even hate to type that), or to keep the bag closed tight and it got wound around her after animals had opened the bag and the weather had taken a toll.

Ok, it got the best of me and I had to look. I would have never even thought about that. Now it makes me wonder if it was some kind of alternative sex that KC was into even possibly on the end of making videos. If that is the case, the searches on her computer could have been related to this and s&m. That would be a shocker if none of this was related to Caylees death but KC's hard partying / possible escort ways instead - I'm sure it's far fetched but I'm just throwing it out there. I wouldn't be surprised if it was defense move though.

What I would like to know for sure is if the duct tape was completely wrapped around her head..or just on her mouth. That would make a big difference. If it were only on her mouth then she it was probably used to silence her.

If it were wrapped completely around her head then it could be something far more sinister. I hate to think about what the ice princess was into, but nothing would surprise me at this point.
