I pulled records on the NY Ave address and its ownership history is not linked to Goldwaite going back as far as 2007. It was converted to 4 condos at that point and the owners of each of those condos with the exception of one owner bought into the building at that time. The most recent owner purchased his space in 2010 or so, so I guess it's possible that Goldwaite (who I'm not convinced is an actual person) rented that apartment prior to then. The Sherman Ave address (which was where the escort office/call center was located) is a mixed use space with office/retail on the floor that I considered renting a few years back when I was looking for a work space. It's very close to the NY Ave apartment so that's a curious thing.
I can't link Ruis to that apartment though. His mailing address was a different apartment in the same general neighborhood but about a mile away on the Union city line. What is a fun fact, however, is that until recently he owned a condo in the tiny gated community of "Society Hill" in JC.
Which is extremely lolworthy (to me) because the general feel there (when I drove through once by accident) is a bit snobby, but it's also where *this* infamous/horrible pimp and his mother lived:
