here in oz....if I call my hubby and he is in x location..it shows up on my phone records that I called x location and then his number....same if he was in y location...its shows y location then his ph number...

Just wanted to double check and as its not clear where the source of those particular phone details came from...possibly a mute point anyway.

There is this person on the Newsday Comment Board in a column said I couldn't be OBJECTIVE in my criticisms because I had an AXE to grind. I have never denied on that Board and this Board that I didn't have an AXE to grind. I have written on Newsday for 10 years that Spota and Burke, and several others are nothing more than common criminals. This started when Burke was only a lieutenant of police in Spota's office. He would later be elevated to the Top Cop in Suffolk County PD, and now he is in jail awaiting sentencing, with no bail because the judge said, "He is a danger to the community." Do you folks now think I put my personal AXE aside and remained OBJECTIVE?

It is a big difference between "HE" is trying to kill me than "They're" trying to kill me. The fact that 4 other bodies (not including the other 5) were found in the Oak Beach and all 5 were prostitutes working off of Craigslist makes me wonder what SG knew or thought she knew when she suddenly went berserk after spending almost 3 hours in the house with Brewer.

I think she knew these people and had previous dealings with them. She knew the drill there and saw the tide turn in her that night. Was Mari ever involved in the business that Shannon was in ?

Someone on the comment board is upset you exposed Burke and others. You had an ax to grind. Its what motivated you. It doesnt matter. Its silly for them to comment. You were right.

Gotta disagree. I grew up in Hicksville and we all knew the different beaches on Long Island. How Tobay is not Gilgo is certainly not Jones Beach etc etc. I can understand SG being confused, but a resident?

The simplest explanation is she took a call from Brewer, and went out to Long Island without having been in Oak Beach before.

The story that she met with foul play is actually more complex if she was a regular out there. Think about how easy it would be for detectives to peel the onion if she had made multiple calls in that community. Hell, Brewer and others would probably have been in a little black book of regulars. Online escorts PREFER dealing with known clients.

One of the things I always say is that CSI has spoiled the public in terms of forensic expectations. But think about this: you are LISK and you have killed SG. Her clothing is extremely dangerous to you. Might be a fiber from your home, from when you had contact with her etc etc. Dumping the clothing in your back yard with the cops about to show up is just plain nuts. If you have the ability to store the body and clothing somewhere, you just don't dispose of her belongings that way. Mari says her papers were pristine.....what about a latent print somewhere? Just too friggin' dangerous.

And if we know anything about LISK it is that he is about control and timing.

The house next door is in Hicksville. I have been living here since 1984. Prior to that I lived in Valley Stream and Elmont. I never ventured past Jones Beach/Tobay. Going further east was like Ronald Coleman going through the pass at Lost Horizons. Never once put my foot in the water in the Hamptons. If I was out there believing someone was trying to kill me I am sure I would have said I was at Jones Beach area unless I knew otherwise.

BEING CONFUSED:
A very big case I was involved with. Three crackheads came into Queens from Brooklyn and partied down with other crackheads. Time came they needed to go home from Cambria Heights to Flatbush, Brooklyn.
The best way to do that is to jump on the Belt Parkway to Rockaway Parkway and go from there. These three nitwits are driving W/B and the first sign they see of any ROCKAWAY is Rockaway Blvd., near JFK. Even these crack heads realized it was too close. So they continue on to Crossbay Blvd., and see that big sign that says “TO THE ROCKAWAYS.’’ Well that must be it. Never mind they lived and came from Brooklyn. They just got off and went S/B on XBay until they passed over at least one bridge, or maybe two – I forget, and their car broke down. The dummies walk N/B on XBay with the intention of going to the railroad station on Rockaway/Liberty/XBay, and take the train home. It never occurs to these idiots there is a surface subway line running along XBay to the station they want to go to.
So please don’t tell me about being confused and not knowing where you are means something to the Gilgo/SG case/

It's true. Most people on Long Island consider the whole area Jones Beach and they don't differentiate that - this part marks the beginning of Gilgo or Oak Beach etc. Also, Shannon was driven when she went to Oak beach and even if she had been there prior she would been driven there every time. As she drove past the signs in the passenger seat, all she would see is numerous signs saying Welcome to Jones Beach, Jones Beach stay right etc. one right after another. A small sign saying-Gilgo beach or Oak Beach stay left-does not jump out at you even if you lived on Long Island your whole life. If you sneeze as you are driving, you will miss the sign that says Gilgo Beach. As you drive trough the tolls booth, even when they are closed at night, it says Welcome to Jones Beach and various Jones Beach signs thereafter.

Also, Oak Beach is such a tiny community in the grand scheme of how enormous the whole Jones Beach area is that if you weren't actually looking for it you wouldn't notice it. All directions would reference Jones Beach.

To give people who do not know the area a better vision, this video from youtube that some driver taped while driving through Jones Beach shows how huge is. Mind you the whole drive is through and at Jones Beach. This is not a drive to Jones Beach it is a drive around Jones Beach. At the 3:47 mark after driver drives around that circle and stays right,this is when he is headnig towards Gilgo/Oak Beach area of Jones Beach. Note what the signs read along the way.

This is also the view Shannon would have had as she drove in the passenger side. The way the driver came was from the Queens NYC area because he was to the left of the tower that you see in the circle. The driver turned around at a crossover and headed back the way he came and never made it to Gilgo. My point is, all that driving through Jones Beach and Gilgo/Oak Beach were still a distance away and no signs were jumping out at you making a big deal about Gilgo/Oakbeach ahead.
