Once a straight A student, Colleen had dropped out of high school and police say was dabbling with ecstasy and LSD. Her friends claimed her Uncle, Mitch Ratisher, was her supplier.

Although Colleen had dreams of being an actress, friends say she was considering a role in a *advertiser censored* film. Colleen's boyfriend said her uncle Mitch, a part-time actor, had offered her the job.

In an interview with AMW, Mitch Ratisher continued to deny any involvement in his niece's disappearance. He also denied giving her illegal drugs or offering her a job in the *advertiser censored* industry.

"I don't know anybody in *advertiser censored*. I don't even like *advertiser censored*," Mitch proclaimed.

Joe Matthews turned his focus on the dangerous world of amateur *advertiser censored* -- where perhaps Colleen was lost or hiding. In an AMW first, he enlisted the expertise of renowned adult film star Ron Jeremy.

Although the search for Colleen continues, it is still a baffling mystery what happened to her that September afternoon. Had Colleen gone off to start a new life or did something tragic occur?

It's so easy to get sucked into all these missing person cases on the networks even if they're not connected. Such tragic mysteries.

Colleen is said to have a butterfly tattoo on her back. This JD 2000, her torso, etc was suggested to have been lying there for only a few weeks, at most. I have not read anything about a tattoo on her back.

That said, it could have been cut away... The time frame works, the reconstruction is very close and it is worth a follow up.

Things to look into for Colleen.
Was the shopping center near a bus station?
Did she have a healed broken nose?
Were items missing from her home..like clothes, personal items and a travel bag/suitcase, etc?

Did JD 2000 have a butterfly tattoo or any indication of a missing bit of skin from her back?

What do u think for a match of JD 6?? I know the circumstances of Perris' disappearance makes for an unlikely match but the sketch and stuff fits to me.

I spoke with Detective Messina from Fl who's been workin the Perris case. SCPD contacted him early on in their investigation. They thought it was a match too. It's not tho. It was checked thru Colleen's DNA.

Extensive? I see where it says that she had breast implants, but I don't know what else you're referring to. I'm not sure if it's relevant forensically.

They don't look alike to me, but I know reconstructing facial features is a tricky business. Jessica Taylor had that D.C. connection, so a Maryland one isn't out of the question.

JD9's legs (with apparent surgical scars) washed up on Fire island in 1996. Skull found off Ocean Parkway in 2011. She's the victim with only one foot painted with toenail polish, correct? And is she the one who was found next to the remains of the toddler?

I've never heard that one foot was painted with polish, pretty sure I read both were. and JD-6 was found near the toddler not the fire island JD, her skull was found near the bird sanctuary in Nassau county.

One of her leg bones and her right foot with her toe nails half polished washed up from the Long Island Sound later on March 27 among the rocks in Cold Spring Harbor. On March 28, her severed leg bone washed up in a plastic bag a short distance away at the estate of Cablevision billionaire James Dolan. The rest of her has never been found. Medical examiner records show this woman was either black or Hispanic, 5’10”, 180-200 pounds and had a tattoo of two CHERRIES above her right breast. I'm going to need to review all these JD cases over and over ad nauseum. I know all the particulars, just don't seem to be able to keep straight which particulars go with which JD, no matter how hard I try.

The Only way to really keep track of all of this is to put it on paper. Make a chart or something. Although I have not done that, it would probably help me keep everything straight in my brain and probably from embarrassing myself by asking the same questions.
