Does the 16/11/93 indicate the date? If yes, Kalon would have been pretty young and possibly have looked different.

I am Jon rileys sister and I cant access that link. Can someone start a thread for this ... bc for some reason I cannot. I am reaching out bc I need help finding 3 things:
1) all special events happening in Toronto on the weekend of April 26, 2013
2) a database of all missing men from Toronto during Project Houston Nov/2012 to April/2014
3) Any ideas on how I can access my brothers medical records (which are protected by privacy laws.)

I am heading to Toronto to canvas the city. It will be very helpful to know the events of April 26-28 2013 bc we can ask people remember the weekend that _____ event happened ... do you remember seeing Jon.
In the RCMP national missing persons database, only 2 men from Toronto went missing in 2013. Unlikely. If anyone has additional info pls let me know. I dont know if I should be posting here or on the thread that was created years ago about Jon.
I appreciate all input. Police have never investigsted Jons disappearance until now. Canadian protocol needs to change. Many thanks everyone

In the 1970s BM worked at the Eaton Center. There is a series of unsolved gay murders that match the timeline and geography of when BM was working in the area.
