If KC fingerprints are indeed on the duct tape, I think that they should put the DP back on the table.
No Way. The prosecution is not going to offer manslaughter at this point. There's too much evidence that it was pre-meditated. Duct tape is not an "oops". Neither is the heart-sticker, the computer searches, the chloroform in the trunk... She'll be lucky to get LWOP.If she pleads, what do you think she would plead, and what would she get? Does anyone know?
I guess the prosecution has to decide if the plea is even half way reasonable, like if she says now it was an accident, they're going to say no way, right? That's not even plausable. Can she plea manslaughter some kind of aggravated circumstance? Can she plea murder and temporary insanity?
