I hate the fact that TM is being dragged into this yet again. He was very adamant that JB will not be getting on piece of paper from Equasearch. His statement was something to the effect that he searches all over the country for missing children and volunteers would be put off if they knew there private info was given to someone else. Go Tim! He still looks so sad when he talks about little Caylee.

Was watching JVM and NG last night. GSJ the psychic was on both programs. On one of the shows was asked why she left the area where Caylee was eventually found. She responded, "We did not want to destroy evidence." What is she stealing lines from Tim Miller now? She pulled over because her dog was "sick," as in farting! She left after the dog took care of business. I've had just about enough of her and... well... will end my rant before I get in trouble.

Speaking of Tim Miller... I was concerned because I thought he looked very pale and tired last night. He doesn't seem to be doing well.

I don't believe Casey killed Caylee for the LOVE of a man. (men were easy to get, Tony was the flavor of the month)
If she had planned to kill Caylee, she would have staged an accident and got double pay by some insurance agency. Plus sympathy and all that...

She murdered Caylee to keep A's from getting her.

Cindy threatened to take her,and Casey knew she had no job, no home, no way to show
she was stable and able to keep Caylee if CA and GA pressed the point of taking her.

Casey, knew, growing up in the A's household had made her Crazy and decided Caylee would be better off DEAD than to be raised by Cindy and George.

Casey would not be the first mother who felt killing their CHILD was actually protecting them from something far worst than death.
This case has bothered me ,so much because I just couldn't figure how a beautiful 22 year old kills her beautiful daughter and looks so smug. She did it for LOVE.

She did it to keep Caylee from CA and GA. She wanted to see them, when she was trying to get out of jail. but once she no longer needed them, she has refused to see them.

Casey wears the face of a person that is a martyr. She is willing to die or be in jail.

Well the MR has said that the officer made a rushed search of area when the officer arrived.

I'M GLAD IT WAS RUSHED AT THE TIME AND WOULDN'T CHANGE ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If not, the officer may have walked around looking at bags (not Caylee) and may have stepped in shallow water where Caylee was and pushing her remains deeper into the mud. Thus, no one may never have found her. EVERYONE, just stop complaining and thank God she was found!

Many times I have been delayed going to work or going somewhere else ... and may have been somewhat upset and wish I was able to leave a little bit earlier. Only to find once I got in my car that there was a serious accident that I may have been involved in if I would have life on time.

This thank-you extends to the searches who didn't just rush in and destroy the area of where Caylee was found.

Many people keep looking at this from the wrong perspective and saying we should have found her earlier. However, its a miracle that we found her at all. If the officer / searcher had went in there and stepped on the bag while it was under a little water .......... we would be sitting here with no body and a chance for reasonable doubt in her guilt. Worst, Caylee would never be put to rest so stop complaining and be thankful.

As dear Wudge has explain about Sources, opinion shows and the ilk...
You would think after the overwhelming evidence LE had on Richard Jewell (Olympic park bombing), the Ramseys (Jon Benet), Gary Condit (Chandra Levy), Richard Ricci (Elizabeth Smart), the Aisenbergs (baby Sabrina), Stephen Hatfield (Justice department anthrax case), the McCanns (Madeline McCann), John Mason (runaway bride), Mark Lunsford (Jessica Lunsford), etc., etc., ad nauseum, that people would learn not to believe all the crimetainment rubbish they read and hear. (not to mention the Duke LaCrosse team)

Except in those cases, there really wasn't the kind of evidence we've seen in this one.

Six years ago my Uncle passed away. He lived in Bell co. KY. We drove to the mountains to make funeral arraignments. The night before the funeral the rains came and flooded Pineville where his body lay in the funeral home. We were up on the mountain and couldn't get down to the town for 2 days to get my Uncle buried. My Dad sat and cried for those 2 days. It bothered him so bad that his brother was laying in a refrigerator in a funeral home and not being properly buried.

I for the life of me can't see how a Grandparent could let their Grandchild lay in a funeral home for a month in a cardboard box and not be buried.

Just 2 days was heart wrenching and he was an Uncle not one of my Grandchildren. How can they live with themselves. How can they go on with their lives knowing she is in a box and be able to eat 3 meals a day, sleep at night, shower, watch tv, or anything else they may be doing as she just lays there in that box.

So, you're saying she did Caylee a favor? In her eyes, she did this out of mercy for her young daughter? Nope.......not believable for one milisecond. She did it out of spite. It had nothing to do with her LOVE for her daughter. It was all about KC in her mind. Her motherhood instincts (if she had any at all) were grossly misdirected. In her mind, if she was being threatened with losing the one thing she knew was hers, she had to insure that wasn't going to happen so she killed her. It never dawned on her she had other options. Go to the State and ask for help. Give her up for adoption. Take her to a hospital ER, a fire station, anywhere to be relieved of her "motherly" responsibilities. She didn't have to kill her. She was no mother and in my opinion, never would be. He!!, she wasn't even a good daughter or sister. She took what didn't belong to her, she showed gross disrespect and didn't seem to have an ounce of pride in her family relationships. It was all one-sided. Gimme, gimme, gimme and don't ask for anything in return. This is no martyr...........not by a long shot!

Edited to add: KC is not willing to sit in jail and die. She thinks in 10 minute intervals. Sitting in jail is OK for now, it's comfortable. No responsibilities, snacks, naps, TV, nice little accommodations for now but when the cards come out on the table and it looks like she'll be studying the cracks in the paint for the rest of her life, she'll start getting nervous and jerky. I'm waiting to see that.

Great first rant, and how sad that must have been for your dad..
The grandparents have no say right now in when Caylee will be buried. Casey has given all rights to Baez and he says he will carry out Casey's wishes. We don't know yet if the Anthony's will even get the rights to bury Caylee.
I am not a fan of the Anthony's at all, but don't think that there is anything they can do right now despite their willingness to do everything to lay Caylee to rest, it is out of their control.

My rant:
I can't seem to find my little smiley that bangs his head on the wall, I am wondering if I wore him out?

Unbelievable that the perp has complete control over the remains of the child she is accused of murdering. The law should be changed to say that if you are indicted and charged for the murder of your child...your parental rights are terminated until a jury can decide your fate.

my rant (and maybe it's been mentioned already as i haven't read this entire thread) is the term "dump site"! Can't we refer to it as the "remains site"? Caylee was not trash that was dumped and I find that term offensive!!
