I just read that supplement note that was posted! I haven't followed this for long, so can you 'spell it out' re. who the 'writer' referred to is who shouldn't share the fibre match and what this means? Thanks.
I'm guessing it was a lower level agent who got tasked with paperwork and liaising with SCSO... no idea who specifically. But I always thought Garber was like a famous detective or something, so this blows my mind. Also his interview with Hart is really baffling... he was handed Heinrich on a silver platter and did basically nothing. I understand there was a pissing contest going on, but you'd think he'd just barge in and solve it if he had more clues than everyone else... but if he hid info from them just so they couldn't take the credit for solving it, that's a pretty low blow when a kid's life was on the line.
