If you feel like sticking up for Casey, you should just do it. You have been very adamant that she didn't release this video herself. Something has convinced you of that fact. Nothing wrong with being sympathetic towards Casey if that's how you truly feel.

This is the thing that I can't get past, Patty -

If you're Casey Anthony and you're in hiding for your own safety because you have been deemed the most hated woman in America - WHY ON EARTH would you UPLOAD a video to anything other than your own harddrive or save it on a cd, kept under lock and key??? They go to such extrodinary measures to protect her and maintain the secrecy of her location (which they have done a darn good job of, I will add), yet we are to believe she is careless enough to upload this ANYWHERE on the internet??? And I don't believe for a minute that her "new computer" was hacked. After all, it was new and she was careful to keep her identity a secret.

Are we supposed to suspect her therapist of leaking it?

And the defense claims? Typical defense sales pitch again, imo. Poor mistreated Casey. I said 10 hours ago (wayyy backthread & before Mark Nejame came forward and said the same), that this is a marketing experiment in hopes that the media will write the big check now. Casey's broke, she is gonna be through with probation, the defense team is tiring of supporting her and she needs money to get out as soon as she is cleared in Orange County.


This financial deal just ain't working out like the Defense team expected. Curses foiled again.
 
Hello All! I have followed Caylee's case since day one, have read every single document dump, and am STILL not over the fact that she got away with this, I don't think I ever will be.

It is so nice to stop lurking finally join you here. I have to say that your BEST OF TRIAL thread had me cracking up and in tears on a daily basis this summer.

Anyway, when I woke up this morning to a text notification from Orlando Sentinel my jaw just dropped and as soon as I heard her voice, saw her mannerisms, (and bizarre hair as usual) and listened to the affected narcissism, I new in an instant that it was her.

I have not seen this mentioned but I swear that I hear the ocean in the background, the rhythmic sounds of waves and tide. Its there, she is definitely right on the ocean. Let me know if you hear it.

I do not believe that this video was "hacked" or for "therapy" at all. I believe wholeheartedly that she has everything to do with its release accidental or otherwise. There are few things that she loves more than herself, money, and attention, and by putting herself on pay per view, in her mind, she stays relevant.

She uploaded it to get attention, someone else captured it and distributed it publicly. Mason said that the vids were "therapeutic" but by that I think he meant personally and not with an actual therapist. He is on spin/damage control with his RECKLESS client who has ALWAYS been reckless and has never ever taken a word of advice from anyone. ICA does what ICA wants to do, nothing more and nothing less.

Also, If you look at the FB page that "Defends" her honor, they supporters and non supporters have been arguing about this all morning. FWIW and what I could gather from reading, non supporters were thanking someone named Drew for thwarting ICA's financial gain by capturing the video on the pay per view channel and making it go viral.

Supporters were freaking out and very upset that this has happened stating that ICA would now have to "go back to escorting and *advertiser censored*". OMG. They also state that she has a married boyfriend that supposedly supports and takes care of her. Oh Lawd!

In any event, this is not the end of it, she cannot stand to be irrelevant, broke, and out of the spotlight. The mass media shunned her, the public, shunned her, even the *advertiser censored* industry shunned her and she cannot stand it. ICA is doing this on purpose, you can tell just by what she says in the video about "more to come" and she can "finally" make a video diary. It is a teaser of more to come and I have no doubt that it all began on pay per view and this was all orchestrated by the mother of the year herself, it just blew up in her face.

I think he might be trying to protect his sources. Maybe someone from the inner circle leaked it to this guy and he agreed not to reveal the source.

Tina-ohio-is there any way legally to keep her from profitting from her narcissism

Mark Lippman-no such law, she was found innocent, she can go about her everyday business and make money anyway she wants to.

I personally feel Casey did not release it based solely on how things were coming across on Facebook etc., etc. Because I feel this way doesn't necessarily mean I am sympathetic to Casey.

When I post, I basically tell it like I see it!

I've been trying to focus that pic, looks like a woman with short hair and a younger woman, possibly mother/daughter. Someone mentioned earlier it looked like Rosalie Bolin possibly. According to different search databases, Rosalie has/had a residence in Starke, Florida, same place her killer hubby in prison. Starke is a small town, good place to keep a very low profile. Back to the pic on the wall, Rosalie also has one or two daughters, can't remember exactly, but that could be a pic of her and a daughter. I think Rosalie is probably one of the only people crazy enough herself to give a baby killer a place to live.:waitasec:

Um, no. That's a scary thought. Leave her to taking pictures and videos of herself and out of serious work she has no place in please, Nancy. She didn't even care for her own kid, how will she muster up the positive energy and heart for others children?

For all we know, the video file was on Casey's hard drive and someone within her surroundings took a copy of the video file in order to make money off of it.

What is to say that Casey is no longer at this residence and that the person that took the file, now can get it out there and make money since Casey is not at the residence any longer.
