For all we know, the video file was on Casey's hard drive and someone within her surroundings took a copy of the video file in order to make money off of it.

What is to say that Casey is no longer at this residence and that the person that took the file, now can get it out there and make money since Casey is not at the residence any longer.

I don't buy it but you'd be a damn good defense attorney!

Hello All! I have followed Caylee's case since day one, have read every single document dump, and am STILL not over the fact that she got away with this, I don't think I ever will be.

It is so nice to stop lurking finally join you here. I have to say that your BEST OF TRIAL thread had me cracking up and in tears on a daily basis this summer.

Anyway, when I woke up this morning to a text notification from Orlando Sentinel my jaw just dropped and as soon as I heard her voice, saw her mannerisms, (and bizarre hair as usual) and listened to the affected narcissism, I new in an instant that it was her.

I have not seen this mentioned but I swear that I hear the ocean in the background, the rhythmic sounds of waves and tide. Its there, she is definitely right on the ocean. Let me know if you hear it.

I do not believe that this video was "hacked" or for "therapy" at all. I believe wholeheartedly that she has everything to do with its release accidental or otherwise. There are few things that she loves more than herself, money, and attention, and by putting herself on pay per view, in her mind, she stays relevant.

She uploaded it to get attention, someone else captured it and distributed it publicly. Mason said that the vids were "therapeutic" but by that I think he meant personally and not with an actual therapist. He is on spin/damage control with his RECKLESS client who has ALWAYS been reckless and has never ever taken a word of advice from anyone. ICA does what ICA wants to do, nothing more and nothing less.

Also, If you look at the FB page that "Defends" her honor, they supporters and non supporters have been arguing about this all morning. FWIW and what I could gather from reading, non supporters were thanking someone named Drew for thwarting ICA's financial gain by capturing the video on the pay per view channel and making it go viral.

Supporters were freaking out and very upset that this has happened stating that ICA would now have to "go back to escorting and *advertiser censored*". OMG. They also state that she has a married boyfriend that supposedly supports and takes care of her. Oh Lawd!

In any event, this is not the end of it, she cannot stand to be irrelevant, broke, and out of the spotlight. The mass media shunned her, the public, shunned her, even the *advertiser censored* industry shunned her and she cannot stand it. ICA is doing this on purpose, you can tell just by what she says in the video about "more to come" and she can "finally" make a video diary. It is a teaser of more to come and I have no doubt that it all began on pay per view and this was all orchestrated by the mother of the year herself, it just blew up in her face.

Let's not forget this is the woman who took her friends checkbook and emptied her account knowing the AH was coming back from vacation. Nothing would surprise me. She uses her own brand of logic. Then there was the blank stare she gave CM when he wanted her to take a plea. KC does what she wants, when she wants. That will never change. As JA said at some point she will meet someone who will not be that receptive to her ways and she will be in big trouble. Don't you remember when she face planted in the elevator while cuffed and shackled? And then her mom referred in a letter (or someone did) to casey getting her teeth fixed in jail? Maybe that's why her teeth are different. Perhaps they are dentures.

This is the thing that I can't get past, Patty -

If you're Casey Anthony and you're in hiding for your own safety because you have been deemed the most hated woman in America - WHY ON EARTH would you UPLOAD a video to anything other than your own harddrive or save it on a cd, kept under lock and key??? They go to such extrodinary measures to protect her and maintain the secrecy of her location (which they have done a darn good job of, I will add), yet we are to believe she is careless enough to upload this ANYWHERE on the internet??? And I don't believe for a minute that her "new computer" was hacked. After all, it was new and she was careful to keep her identity a secret.

And the defense claims? Typical defense sales pitch again, imo. Poor mistreated Casey. I said 10 hours ago (wayyy backthread & before Mark Nejame came forward and said the same), that this is a marketing experiment in hopes that the media will write the big check now. Casey's broke, she is gonna be through with probation, the defense team is tiring of supporting her and she needs money to get out as soon as she is cleared in Orange County.

I agree. And one thing no one can answer for me is why a hacked video would be edited, to edit out identifying names. IMO, it would not be. I believe this was either lifted from a pay per view site or intentionally released by her team. And I can't understand why anyone would think it's not her. I've only seen the stills from the video that were posted here but I'd recognize that monster anywhere.

My main thought about this video is the timing of it's being "found" and posted for all to see... Does anyone think it's rather telling that it comes out the same week that Jeff Ashton has been all over the news in Florida and elsewhere since he announced he would be running for States Attorney? Obviously (to me) someone wanted CASEY to be the one everyone was talking about instead of one of the prosecutors who tried so hard to make her pay for what she did to her daughter... Casey Anthony does like to be front and center, right?

BECAUSE when a person is in pain and is Skyping to their therapist, let's say ( if that actually happens like with someone on probation) or otherwise writing or SAYING something, they WILL talk about their PAIN.
They do not talk about MY new computer, MY new dog, MY new phone, etc and so on.

No therapist worth :twocents: would give her or anyone else a pass on that. It's not REAL, TRUE DEEP feelings.

Casey has 2 distinct personality disorders, at least:
1) Narcissistic Personality Disorder
2) Antisocial Personality Disorder

Not sure if you are aware of this Patty, but MOST Psychologists/ Psychiatrists, etc will NOT treat a person with Antisocial Personality Disorder. The reason is very simple: NOTHING can cure a Sociopath/ Psychopath as they totally lack introspection and the pain which effects change.

I can scan in pages and pages of different commercial insurance company provisions for Mental Health therapy.. ALL exclude " Treatment for Antisocial Personality Disorder".
Because there is NO effective treatment short of a frontal lobotomy, rendering the person child-like in affect. We no longer do this to criminals who display sociopathy/ psychopathy.

AND I am not an " armchair professional" but a licensed one.

Interesting assessment on Casey Anthony. Do you think Casey Anthony may have Borderline and Histrionic Personality Disorder? I am always under the impression she is psychologically similar to Diane Downs, Lori Drew, Betty Broderick, and South Hadley 6. I posted earlier today in this topic of how similar Anthony and Drew's handwriting are. A third party did it and thought both of them are secretive and volatile. Both likely have poor relationship with parents. Not surprising with Anthony and would not be surprised with Drew as they come from dysfunctional families. Here they are. I could not find any handwriting samples for Kayla Narey, Flannery Mullins, Ashley Longe, Sharon Chanon Velazquez, Sean Mulveyhill, and Austin Renaud.
