ETA: To be honest, from the tweets it seemed like Flores was being accused of viewing more *advertiser censored* than Travis!

And on Monday it was Juan who was being accused of wanting to see pics of jodi naked. Umm, I'm sure he's seen enough of those to last him a life time.

Also, in Florida it seems that the govt. employees comply with their Sunshine Laws, while in AZ you can file a FOIA request and good luck getting anyone to even acknowledge receipt.

Sunshine Laws make it a lot easier to get "public" records released to the actual public.

Exactly. I know on Isabel Celis case in Tucson here, request were made the year she disappeared and nothing since the May 2012 document dump of not much. Iowa is a Sunshine state and they don't release much at all either. jmo

Really, though, it doesn't matter. He made a copy for his own use and screwed around with it. Wilmott was actually correct that it was none of JM's business what he did with it--it was "work product." He could run it over with a truck if he wanted to.

I think at the time JM filed his motion, he was being told that BN had found *advertiser censored*, etc. on BN's copy that the Mesa PD had not found on Juan's copy. And the original hard drive had been damaged. So Juan was saying, OK, I need BN's copy/copies, and I need to know WTF he did to them with this Incinerator, because no one found any *advertiser censored* until he came along. BUT then the Mesa PD told Juan that all the same *advertiser censored*-type entries were on the old copy after all, so that issue became moot.

Once the verdict is in and JA is sentenced, hopefully JSS will unseal everything, we'll likely have most of our questions answered when that happens. probably be a really big doc dump but it should be quite enlightening.

If she unsealed everything it may be a huge doc dump and we'll probably be surprised by some of it.

I wondered where she's been hiding LOL. Hopefully her feelings about JA's "remorse" are shared by the others on the panel. What I found interesting is that juror 3 indicates that it sounds good on paper but most everyone here indicates that it does not. I think that is because everyone here can almost hear the way JA would be saying these things in their head when they read it because they know her so well. Sounds like the perception of the cold, unemotional and nonchalant manner of speaking that JA seems to have when talking about this crime was evident to juror 3 as well?

Not at all! No idea.

The USB ports, who knows. He said 3 different chipsets, so not necessarily data sticks. My kids have all kinds of stuff hanging off of their laptops. USB mouse? Bluetooth adapter? Headset? iPod?
