I don't know if those on smaller devices can see the detail but look just above the blue arrows on this screen grab I took of Flores' courtroom monitor when 5:32:16 was up, you can see her bare foot, moving from left to right or right to left, on the bottom left edge of the monitor you can even make out a darkened (polished or bloody) toenail.

I actually can see it....Looks like she might be tiptoeing

What happened to the' I had a knife held to my throat by a neighborhood kid when she was twelve or thirteen?" story she told Samuels about ? I thought that was the first shrinking of her hippocrapous brain thingy. The first fog that went through ages 12 to 14. And then there is that second one 15 - 17 that she suffered.

Perhaps this can help explain:

Juror Question:
80) When did you realize you had memory loss, the approximate date?

A: If that's a reference to June 4th, when I pulled over in the car, and started looking around for the water, shoes, everything, just trying to clean myself up and that kind of thing, I can attribute it maybe to um, I had memory loss one time, when I was 19, because it was alcohol related and one time when I was 15, it was alcohol related. That’s the only thing I can attribute it too, like a blackout. so then sometimes I couldn't remember certain things, some things have come back to me since. Just not all of it.

Jodi is still living in Santa Maria, CA

Jodi sneaks out of the house – some time before they moved to Yreka (either 6th, 7th or 8th grade)

Nurmi: Were those the incidents you were talking about before about being pushed into the post and the furniture or where there other incidents?

1:57:24
JA: That happened when I was in high school. Umm…there were a few things that happened right before we moved. Um… (Facial Tell) Um….a bunch of friends and I one night decided like the last night I was there we decided to sneak out of the house and hang out and um…my parents woke up and found out. So when I came back umm…my dad asked where I had been, and um… I was… I had fallen asleep and he woke me up around 6:00, and so (hand gesturing) when I sat up… I was disoriented ‘cause I had been sleeping, so I didn’t give him a satisfactory answer, so he um…hit me across the face, and I fell back down, and then he sat me back up and asked me again, and I didn’t give him a satisfactory answer, so he hit me across the face again (hand gesturing) and um…I fell down…again…

AND
Age 19 - Alcohol Related Fog - 1999

During this time period, 1999, Jodi was on again, off again, on again, off again with Bobby. Broke up with Bobby late 1999 - met Matt M. through Bobby (roommates) - knew Matt for 4-5 months before Jodi says she began dating Matt in January of 2000. So 1999 was basically a Bobby turmoil relationship for Jodi's fog.

I used to see a black sock towards the bigger right arrow, now I see 2 toes, both cut near the 2 left arrows. It appears to me, as if her foot is pointed towards the lens and not sideways.

Yes, it's pointed towards the floor, is moving to the right and then upwards (I can see the toenails where it looks like the fold of the pant), I have a large monitor though and view these in 800+ pixel size so smaller devices may not be able to see some of the details I try to show.

My understanding was that Bill was saying that she took the stuff back to Yreka and since no room at Grandparents house... the stuff was in storage in Yreka not Mesa.

BILL ARIAS: "... And when she moved here, we gave her, my wife went -- took time off work, went down there, rented her a U-haul, put out $2,500 to bring her back here. And what is she doing? She`s leaving all her crap in the storage room. She didn't care. She was going to leave it there. We paid for it to come here...."

Looking at more of Bill Arias' interview with Flores, it seems you have it exactly right:

BILL ARIAS: "... And then finally, of course, she talked my wife into going down there and blowing all that money on that truck and all her stuff. Most of it's given away or thrown away. And she brought some of it into the house. What's the use of bringing it if you're just...[trails off]"

However, in trying to explain away the naked pics on Travis' camera, she does also mention a storage unit which she apparently shared with him in Mesa, where her old camera cards might have been, one of which could have been taken by Travis and put in his camera. All of which requires a very large pinch of salt.

She knew she was injured by the knife and that more of her blood may have been found so voila, bloody feet. Bare feet. When the dragging pic showed otherwise. But the ninja, who was wearing shoes, stood over him in the hallway. Hmm...could be the Ninja in that pic. She formed an explanation for everything she could think of that might have pointed to her guilt. She thought she had it all covered too and stuck to that story for a long time. Until she was finally convinced of another approach, using the rest of the info in the letter.

MOO

It now becomes clearer as to why she kept bugging DF to let her see the crime scene photos (aside from "morbid curiosity", natch. She needed to have an answer for every piece of forensic evidence, etc. MOO....

Travis Alexander as a baby. baby Travi.jpgTravisAlexander-005.jpg mom and travi.jpgmom dad and travi.jpgsince we know Jodi Arias had her power point of baby photos good to go.

It would be nice if we all put on our Justice for Travis avatars like we did towards the end of the trial in 2013. I just did mine. :)

Yeah that or the cocaine. In her journal she writes about going nuts after two girls, and names them, called her names and messed with her head like Bobby had done zillions of times. When she was twenty six and still living with Darryl she had what she called a nervous breakdown.

DF: Well, everybody has arguments. I’m talking about anger -- absolute anger where you lose it sometimes.

24:36
JA: No, I had a nervous breakdown once.

24:42
JA: Well I had a nervous breakdown when a boyfriend and I were arguing once and umm and he began to argue with me in a way that was totally different from how we had ever argued before, and he was just like, and every time I would say something he was like “Blah…Blah,” you know, it was kind of weird like, every time I tried to formulate a thought and I was just sad and I was crying, every time I tried to formulate a thought he would interject and then twist it and it was like the weirdest psychological thing that had ever happened, and the way I reacted was, I went into my room, this was the guy I bought a house with, I went into my room and shut the door. We had separate bedrooms, and I was in his room and went down the hall into my room and shut the door and I just remember hyperventilating, and that’s all. I don’t know. I was crying, and then umm…I went to get something out of my car and when he saw that, he umm… maybe thought I was going to leave, so he asked me for the key to his truck and pulled behind my car, because he thought that because I was upset that I shouldn’t be driving anywhere. That I’m nuts…Other than arguments, no anger issues – none I can remember.

24:38
DF: Are you taking any medication or anything?

JM was showing Geffner JA's answers to Samuels PTSD test, noting she checked "nonsexual assault by a stranger/s" as the main trigger but obviously TA wasn't a "stranger"; therefore, JA lied on the test. That part of the back and forth seemed clear. it's what came after that's confusing ... hints of Geffner changing answers ... to old test? ... to new PTSD test he gave her but didn't provide to the prosecution? ... I think court ended for the day with Geffner under a cloud of suspicion "I know not why" (Jodi-speak).
Wasn't that "non-sexual assault by a stranger" event her story about when she was in her late teens (in northern Calif) and some unknown guy came up behind her and put a knife to her throat and may have also threatened to kill her? She has SO many stories like that it's difficult for me to keep them separated.

I was also lost regarding the PTSD test(s) in court on Thursday. I thought the only issue was about revealing copywrited material in open court. I was pretty sure they were talking about Samuels' test (and results) because that's the only test I knew about. I didn't know Geff had either given her an updated test (to create the illusion that Geff's test was now somehow valid), or he had re-scored her original test to reflect PTSD from the murder. Just how many trips to the well do they think they get???

Going back to JA's phonecalls to TA on the way to Utah, does anyone understand her reference to Othello, was it just a convenient ruse or another of her cryptic clues? The pic on the left is Othello from 2008.

Oh my God. That poor actor. I wonder if he realizes who he posed with back in 08. And why does Jodi yammer on now about going to the OSA because it's listed in the "1000 Places to See Before DP/LWOP" book? She's already been there done that and took pictures.

Othelo is an interesting choice. Guy thinks his wife is cheating on him, he smothers her, finds out that oops no she wasn't cheating on him after all, so he kills himself. The plot is pretty soap-opera-ish, lots of sub-plots, twists and turns, bad guys and good guys. I can see why it would apeal to Jodi. Othelo's a good guy but all the haters in his life conspire against him. They make his brain scramble, then he snaps, grabs a pillow, and smothers his wife. Because he has to.

I want Jodi to get the death penalty. There have been times during the trial when I felt that I could put the needle in her myself. I know how she would act in general population. Some of the young women in Estrella jail during the trial two years ago acted like she was the most wonderful person ever because she gave them hair barrettes on the bus on the way to court. She will find ways to get attention, and she'll use her "sweet" voice to gain sympathy from others. Look at all the kooks who adore her now. She'll have someone tweet bad things about Travis, his family, and Juan. She'll continue to sell her drawings unless there's a law against it. Each negative comment Jodi makes about Travis is just one more stab in his chest. That's why I'm worried that one person on that jury may think that Travis was emotionally abusive to her. It disturbs me that Travis left this world the same way he came in it--by being abused by someone he cared about. There's no way you can consider what Jodi did to Travis on June 4, 2008, and not think about what all he must have gone through the entire time he was with her.

If I were a juror, I wouldn't believe anything that came out of Jodi's mouth. Look at the gifts that Jodi mentioned that Travis gave her. Most of them had to do with religion and the Mormon faith. What she said he did after her baptism would be making a mockery of the Mormon faith, and Travis's religion seemed to be extremely important to him. I don't believe all those marriage proposals happened either. If he had asked her to marry him, she would have married him that day and felt like she had hit the jackpot. If Travis had married someone like Jodi, he would have been thrown out of the church. There's no way he would have been willing to accept that.

lol, I just purchased a LED/ HDTV 55" television and am trying to set it up. Perhaps I should plug in my computer to the television with 1080 mp and see if this television is worth it's salt :floorlaugh:

Nah, having enough issues trying to get my Bose surround sound to work :giggle:
