LWOP.. Hmm. It might have it's benefits. Especially if they're not going to allow the vain killer to color her hair.

Everyone wants to bet on how much he'll say "three hole wonder"?

He seems to have switched to "T-Dogg" with some occasional "Hyde" references to break up the monotony.

And don't forget stopping at Starbucks for a frap, giving the skateboarding plate-flippers time to mess with her car.

There's one great bit of irony here. She got the two cans from DB but figured they were not going to be enough, so she bought the third one at WalMart. Thank God the state tracked down that purchase and wiped out her phony return story. The defense had nothing to counter that - nothing that was remotely believable anyway. Had she not bought that third gas can it would have been more difficult to tie this out.

Exactly. Plus her confidence in calling Brewer and asking him to borrow gas cans! I suppose she really thought her plan would work. If she had any fear she would have just bought three cans to begin with. She borrows two cans she could have bought for under $30 and leaves Brewer as a witness who can testify against her if her plan goes south and she's arrested

I'm not saying it's important for premeditation, I'm saying it definitely helps and it gives Jodi very little wiggle room for trying to claim the gun came from elsewhere, i.e. It was Travis'. And I think there's little doubt she did it, given the tremendous coincidence of her leaving a DVD and remote with Daryl Brewer, things that were also stolen in the burglary and the weirdness of hiding her lap top in the laundry hamper.
For one thing, she said in the Flores interview that Travis did not have any weapons except his fists.
Then, she testifies she did a fairy leap on the top shelf of Travis' closet to get the .25 caliber gun, the exact same caliber as the one that was stolen from Yreka?
This speaks volumes for me.

Janx, going toward confirming your statement that Dr. Fonseca will return to the stand, Nancy Grace tweeted that on Friday (14th).

I always figured that was her last shot at getting him to take her to Cancun instead of Mimi. When that didn't work, she switched to Plan B.

I actually think that was Plan B--if he would agree to do what she wanted she would not have to kill him; if not she would go through with her original plan. With all the pre-planning she did, murder had to be Plan A. IMO.

Perhaps in JA's twisted mind/plan, a pregnancy would have added an extra dimension to her whole twisted plan ... could have stated it happened on prior visit ... possible access to TA's funds ... future caring for the only living part of TA ... simpathy/concern from TA's family/friends ... blah, blah, blah

[All speculation into her twisted mind/plan.]

I fully expected it. And then there are the motions about the computer viruses/malware to be ironed out.

With their sexual proclivities I doubt pregnancy was a concern.

The thing that tops it all off for me is dyeing her hair. Remember, the rental car person said he rented the car to a blond? Oh my goodness. I assumed Dr Fuentes will be on the stand tomorrow, hope it is "Juan Time". Need to move this trial along.

People have sometimes speculated that it was actually JA that was on the computer and NOT Travis. It was 4 am. It is quite possible she snuck in and went into the office and looked at his computer, snooping around, before she went up to his bedroom, where he was asleep.

Her version is that he was up playing on the computer when she arrived. But I never believe much of what she says.[/QUOTE]
The only reason why I don't think Jodi snuck in is wouldn't Napoleon wake up?

I feel sorry for the jury members having to listen to this joke expert. I bet some of the jury members have dated more than one person at a time, have gotten mad at their significant others and said some pretty bad things and have kept relationship details to themselves. If Travis is a blah blah blah for being a non perfect human, I wonder how these jury members feel that have done a few of the same things.

That's why she did not knock....she snuck in. Played some videos she knew he liked.....then when to proxie to put *advertiser censored* on, and who knows what was on DVD that she could not figure out. Maybe going to *advertiser censored* sites with her own computer had put virus on and then she transferred it to Travis', but unintentionally as I think she just wanted to put on the *advertiser censored*.

She was always about "details" with her wonderful intellect and memory. I think she enjoyed the planning...just like a serial killer.

Sex and murder= Female Black Widow Spider

Ok, your post made me break down and sign up for BK blog. WOW!!!! Completely worth it. She includes soooo much more detail than tweeters.

Anyway, where are CH comments you refer to? Don't see them there. Tx!

Question for those of you who signed up Beth Karas--are you accessing it mostly from pc computers, or is anyone using their phones? I'm finding it impossible to keep up with the tweets, but usually only have the ability to access the Internet from my phone. Thanks for any help.

I wonder how common it is for anyone who plans to travel in that area to have a gas can or two along. I would bet not very...but things are done differently there than here in the upper midwest.
We've lived in Arizona for 54 years and have never
carried filled gas can in our trunk.

I think that's probably true. She went through a lot of trouble: burglary staging, gun thieving, car renting, hair dyeing, gas can borrowing/buying ...all on a very limited budget.
Idk, but I think she finally accepted that Travis was not going to marry her. Their text fight, his blog post. It finally sunk in. She was good enough for #threeholewonder and late night phone sex but he would marry someone else. This hurt her but also infuriated her. In her mind she had given up her home, Daryl, converted to his religion, quit jobs, gone on vacations with him but ultimately she was not chosen as wife material. She had already begun flirting with Ryan...late night calls...hottie biscotti etc. She had wasted almost two years with Travis. She's almost 28. She seeks marriage because in her mind she's running out of time.

I wonder if Travis had to die not only because of her rage at his rejection but also so she could continue stalking the fertile PPL/Morman landscape for her next target. She realizes these men are hard working and marriage minded but if she's trying to reel in Ryan or some other PPL target-what if Travis hears about it and pulls the guy aside and says *hey, buddy, watch yourself. She's a manipulative three hole wonder sociopath. We dated and my social media/email/phone was snooped by her. She slashed my tires twice. She stalked me and wrote threatening notes to other women I had contact with after we broke up. Get out while you can*

IMO she couldn't take that chance. He used her. He said she was the worst thing that had ever happened to him. Now what if he ruins her chance to move on? To her he had to die..for his past "abuse" to her and for her future.

Why would Jodi put *advertiser censored* on the computer on the day she came to murder Travis? I think she put the *advertiser censored* on, but before that...by sending him infected email or websites and she did it to be nasty and mess up his machine...I am not sure she knew then that she was going to kill him.

I just do not know how to figure her taking the time to put *advertiser censored* on the computer right before or after the murder because I am not seeing the reason for it. Not saying she didn't do it that night--just saying I cannot figure her reasons for needing his machine to have *advertiser censored* on it when she knew she was going to kill him. It would not be for her to be able to claim he was a sleaze to save her own life someday in the future--because I do not think she ever expected she would be caught or charged.

Anyone have any theories about why Killer would have purposely put *advertiser censored* on TA's computer on either Murder Eve or Murder Day?

I wonder if she checked on TA's roommates schedules? He had three or four? How did she know they would not be there? (Not directed at you TorisMom) I am still leaning toward the possibility that he became angry with her and lashed out at her. No proof she stole her grandfather's gun. I would want proof of that if I were to count it towards premeditation. Amazing to me that none of the roommates showed up during the murder.

Where is the evidence that he ever got very angry with her? She tore up his car and he did not get angry with her. The only evidence of anger comes from a 12 year old and a text message which frankly speaks the truth about her.
