You're probably right but I don't get it! They really want Jodi to get the death penalty. If the letter is so horrible it could actually lead Jodi to the DP. I don't understand why they wouldn't use it to help their cause. Maybe there's a legal reason it couldn't be entered; I know JM wasn't allowed to argue remorse right? Maybe the only way he could have introduced the letter was if he was allowed to talk remorse.

Maybe the Alexanders are just remaining quiet and keep everything trial related private until after sentencing as to not be accused to be influecing the trial.

I'm guessing Sherry, in her infinite wisdom...has prevented it from coming in.

Well then, maybe they wrote some letters of support for CMJA since they all personally know her (snark and slime added). After all, when she is released she is welcome to come live with some of them. :happydance:

JSS has a lot of cases scheduled for Dec. 1st, Monday. She's has nine to handle. One has 6 or so defendents. She's busy handling some tough cases from her schedule it looks like. I bet none are as tough and drawn out as this one. Two are Complex / Capital Case - Case Management Conference for other people. Sentencings, mitigations etc... Still I doubt they could be as complex as JA's. Twisted case and reaks of JA. jmo

How would they know? Even JSS doesn't know. The original end date was Dec.18, but JSS already told the jury that's not gonna happen.

This is exactly what I think. She had the BMW in CA. Part of her master plan was to go through AZ underected. She changed her plates at Starbucks in CA to the BMW plates to get through AZ and when she ditched knife, gun, ahe changex that plates back to CA upon entering Nevada.

I think if the defense delays too much the jury will get together and say: "I want to be home by the holidays. All in favor of just killing the (word I got timed out for using during the last trial) raise your hands. OK tell the bailiff we've reached a verdict."

Yeah, JB, CM, KN and JW could all have a house with KC and JA and do a reality show that puts them all in wacky hilarious situations of their own doing.

Anybody got a good name for this reality fiasco? Actually, "Reality Fiasco" would be a pretty good name.

In regards to JA's statement that her and TA had only had vag intercourse once, did she say when that one time was? Was it supposed to have happened on the day she murdered him(though I still don't believe that those pics were from that last day, her hair is just too light in the pics)? If she said it was a disaster, then what made it so... did they fight over it, is that when they broke up, they got caught, it just wasn't good for him/her/both... perhaps my suspicions about JA having a possible medical condition were revealed, or is that when she decided to kill him? Sorry, it seems the longer these trials last, the more questions I have(not that they are even relevant to the trial itself, just curious).:/

As I remember it, it was on that day in the tub. On the tape, when Jodi was saying he treated her like a goddess.

I was telling a friend that I felt they should stop sequestering juries. He objected saying that they need to be shielded from the media. Then I told him I think the KC verdict was a product of the fourth of July. He thought about it and changed his mind. The trial I was on was not covered in the media, as far as I know. If I had heard something I think I'd be able to put it aside in my mind.

I am remembering the day when the courtroom was cleared. Counsel, judge, and JA were in chambers, correct? There was sort of a back-and-forth about where the media were to be, and then the courtroom was cleared. Was this unanticipated? Did JA have some kind of tantrum in chambers?

Remember that day very well. If there were any plans, they certainly went awry. Unanticipated--definitely! Overflow room was the final option and then, it too was cleared. Seemed at the time that the defendant refused to cooperate with anything but absolute, guaranteed secrecy. A tantrum of demands and the scene was embarrassingly fitful. We can only imagine what Arias was like when the ruling came down from the Court of Appeals.
