It would be fun if JA's computer didn't HAPPEN to be destroyed to piece together viruses on Travis's from emails on hers.

It wouldn't surprise me at all if she loaded *advertiser censored* on his computer either remotely or the day she killed him. I wouldn't put anything past her.

Someone remind me - was the CD found that she said Travis threw across the room? If so, was anything recovered off of it? It wouldn't surprise me a bit if it contained nastiness she wanted to load on his computer.

I don't think she's pro-defense. She doesn't go far into speculation on either side, and when she does she's really clear that she's speculating.

With the computer *advertiser censored*/tampering/misconduct hearing, her reporting on BN's testimony was the only one that seemed to accept that BN is a forensic computer expert who performed a reasonable examination of the evidence. :waitasec:

Jodi says he (Travis) is so strong two people had to be involved and talks about how he lifted weights so he could look good in his bathing suit.

She steers him to a Thomas Brown to look at. He was kicked out of Travis’ house for supposed deviant behavior, according to Jodi. He is a really big guy – doesn’t seem violent, seems like a big teddy bear.

She's not pro defense at all.
 
Wouldn't surprise me either, bsk, that the killer insured there would be *advertiser censored* on Travis' p.c. With SpyBot, you can click "Quarantine" from your Start Center, launching a screen which offers the choice to "Purge" or "Restore". This will retrieve or restore any item of pornographic malware, if you select Restore. *advertiser censored* websites captured & quarantined by the SpyBot software are right back at you. What's to say the premeditator didn't do that at 1:44 pm? It is a fast & easy move to thwart a clean system and to thwart Travis, who didn't want filth or viruses on his p.c.

This actually makes sense and fits into her story#1 & #2 that she wasn't there and 2 ninjas did it not because of robbery gone bad no.. they were vigilante ninjas and the restored *advertiser censored* she could've been sending him via virus was the ninjas motive. I have always believe she premeditated not only his murder, but the calculated killing of travis as a human being afterwards.
 
I can't believe some are still worried about the *advertiser censored* issue. Let it go,people, we are in good hands. Theres no way in he-- that Juan is going to let JA win this *advertiser censored* fight. NO WAY.
 
So just what will happen tomorrow? I wonder if there will be any testimony, or if the judge will allow the defense to stall even longer? Ideas anyone?

I disagree....she is pro whatever side she might get an exclusive interview with. Right now, she seems to covet that interview with Jodi or one of her posse. Juan badgers witnesses? Really Beth? :facepalm:

You're so right about my frustration Tuba, given the story she has laid out for the events of that afternoon, did it slip the notice of both sides that if all were as she stated, why did Travis only read and save and not return calls/messages? Why did no one hear from him after 12:13 p.m. - when, according to her, they were only waking up and preparing to have relations? Something is seriouly wrong with this picture and neither side is mentioning it, as if they all joined in her fog. If he was alive and well and not under threat of gun or knife, why were things only done (saving messages/using computer) that could have been by her as well as him? We now have one piece of evidence that someone was using his laptop at the moment her backside was being photographed, there must be other clashes against her story, why hasn't it been brought out to help in getting at the truth of what happened that day?

My frustration unfortunately continues, as does my deep appreciation of your writings and insight Tuba, and your relentless pursuit of the truth and full unmasking of this murderess and her lies. You are determination defined. :)

I get the sense not pro DT so much, but perhaps anti DP. I'm starting to think that the judge has realized she is too, being that this is apparently her very first DP case and considering what she's been letting the DT get away with.
 
P.S. Didn't she say they had sex/picture taking after waking up only after she'd seen the nude photos of herself and Travis during the interrogation with the time stamp on them? If they were in the office after the time of those pics ~2:00 and onward, why did his roommate Zack, who stated he came home around 3:00, never see or hear either of them? He had to have walked right past the office on the way in and upstairs. He said he was there about an hour, and Melendez testified there was laptop usage at 3:34, 4:19 and 4:54, how could Zack not have known they were in the office? I have to go to bed now, maybe I'll dream up the answers. lol

Those phone calls between Flores and Arias are filled with small tidbits of information. She couldn't stop herself from offering it up. I wish Flores had let her finish several of her sentences before he either over talks her or interrupts her with further questions. Worth listening to with a headset. Runs a little over 1 hour.

Excellent observations. At any time, especially on the eve of a trip outside of the country, do I envision Travis as someone who would ignore incoming phone calls and/or messages (19 never checked!). I CAN see him ignoring/avoiding JA's attempts at contact (but she was THERE), but he was serious about his work and I would think he would be tying up any lose ends before leaving the country. Hmmm...
 
The two most interesting things he had to say.....that at least 2 jurors are very familiar with IT (that will help if JSS allows the computer mess in). And more subjectively....the fear jurors have that their phones are tapped and that they are being so closely monitored.
