We're back to asking about 11-22-14 and work being done after 10pm. #JodiArias

So this "expert" does all his work after 10 pm on the computer
But the "sexpert" doesn't believe people text after 11 pm?

I wrote after the last hearing that it was suspicious that BN, a computer expert, who did a forensic analysis, did not know the date and time of the mass deletions he spoke of. That doesn't make sense. He would know this.

So here is Juan saying, there ARE time stamps for these deletions and they occurred on Oct. 22, a date that the DT experts had the computer and the hard drive. It could not have been Juan. And he couldn't have made any deletions before that with a scrubber because there wouldn't have been anything to incinerate in October. And Juan couldn't have scrubbed anything on July 19th, 2009 because the deletions done that day were accounted for, there was like 70,000 files deleted. These some 166,000 files would have shown too, they didn't. BN wants to say it happened on another date. When? How? It was only turned on once, according to him.

this is beyond crazy at this point, question when Jodi became her own lawyer did she have access to these items? I can't believe they would trust someone with evidence especially when they got caught sneaking coded messages out in magazines, forged letters etc.

Does anyone have quick access to the dates that Jodi was pro se? TIA

I am sure Byran knew they had tinkered with HD, and that's why he took so long to give Juan copy...and Tony and secret tinker wanted more time to figure out how to hide what they had done....oh so smart...NOT!
