Still locked out of #JodiArias courtroom. Closed hearing in progress. Will update when we get inside.

@TrialDiariesJ Im surprised #jodiarias hasn't offered to donate a boob in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Yeah, some philanthropist

Nah, they're fake.

It would be a phony donation.

Like every other mitigation claim she's made.

I am assuming the sealed hearing is dealing with a potential witness, it was mentioned yesterday #jodiarias

Mentioned yesterday? By whom? Did something happen yesterday? Reporting via tweets leaves much to be desired.

Probably most of you have though "it", and I'm just going to type "it".
Daryl Brewer only did his TV appearance because he's probably been banned from "Match.Com", "EHarmony", "JustUsOldFolks", "PervertedOldFarts", and "Can'tGetaDateifMyLifeDependedonIt.Com".
Thinking his prowess in the sack and that "unclaimed" photo of his nether region needed a "face" (since the camera only panned his hands during his testimony), Daryl figured he'd be inundated with proposals for marriage, or just random one nighters.

So "Kudos" to ol' pervy Daryl for using the courtroom and MSM as his personal "video date" platform.

Daryl on the stand in case you missed it:

Should have prefaced this post with a "spew alert". Sorry about that, kids.

Possible #JodiArias jury pool gathered at the other end of the hall -- sooo many! Chipper group too.

:gaah: OFGS ... if anyone is committing "misconduct" it is the defense team and CMJA !

:moo:

Looks like an expensive leather satchel he's slinging. The taxpayers of Arizona have good taste. They bought it.[emoji15]

As much as I don't like Nurmi, his tactics, and his client, I think he has earned his money. I am not sure I agree with him as a public defender making that much but I have to say he has done all that was humanly possible for this disaster of a client. The law allows him to stretch the truth and basically put his client on the stand to out and out lie. I do not agree with the law but since it is what it is, he has earned his pay. We all know he does not want to be there and has not wanted to be for a very long time. Yet he still fights for the rights of his client. He is disgusting in many ways but when it comes to the job, he's doing it the best he can, considering what he has to work with.

Juror number cards are being handed out. We are still waiting in the hallway. Knoots old rolling grounds. #jodiarias

Interesting. Appears defense team is trying to take death penalty off the table again in #jodiarias case.

In the posted photo Nurmi has delicate looking hands. Completely the opposite of the hands of the killer.

Here's the scoop with Nurmi:
He had planned on going into private practice, had put in his notice to the Public defender's office, when he got waylaid with CMJA's case. He motioned the court to get out of the case because he'd loose his "private practice" $'s @ hour. The court decided he had too much time in the case, it would take months to get another attorney up to speed, so they compromised and granted Nurmi his private practice fees.

So Nurmi is in no way getting shafted financially on this case.
