All I can say to Jodi Arias and team is 'Continue to try and sneak in false, dirty allegations against the victim. Do whatever you can do. Bring it ON. Juan is ready to shred it all into pieces!'

So this is frustrating as the defense is really doubling down. They keep asking for more time and blaming every little thing on Juan for needing it.

We didn't have the computer in time so our expert could not see it.

We couldn't interview new witness because we didn't get to interview him in time. Juan could not provide this witness until Jodi provided hers which was like pulling teeth.

Her misbehaviour has everything to do with this penalty phase. This is beyond ridiculous! :banghead:

Agree. Also ridiculous is not sealing Nurmi's accusations, but sealing the state's response, including this evidentiary hearing about all of it. As is Nurmi asking for more time after JSS telling them she's through with delays. Shows no respect for the court or opposing attorney, yet whines over everything, including JM's 'tone'.

They've dealt with that by unfairly pinning all the blame on Juan. It's all his fault they need more time. Jodi sure was playing her games while reppin'. I don't know why the lawyers have to continue them, though.

And agree that it's seems really unfair that all those accusations against Juan get to be out there but not his defense agains them. Another case of controlling the information that gets out.
